I have done PGDB course from IFBI sahid nagar, Bhubaneswar, odisha in the year 2009. After completed the programe I had got placement in icici bani in the year 2010. So many follow up I did not get my certificate. Please provide my certificate.

I have done PGDB course from IFBI (Institute of finance banking and insurance) Sahid Nagar, Bhubaneshwar, Odisha 751007.after completion of pgdb they enroll me along with few others to PGDBO course and i got selected for ICICI bank CHENNAI and i was there for 8-9 months. my question and complaint is yet i didn't receive my pgdbo certificate i visited the bhubneswar center 2-3 times once i came back from chennai in the year 2013...they gave...
