I have mediclaim insurance in a reputed company for the past 3 years. I am addmitted to ils hospital dumdum kolkata for 2 days for my gall stones operation. I have submitted all the required documents to the insurance desk for cashless benefits in the hospital for alteast 1 week earlier but everyday they seem to take no action.. They do not send the required documents to the insurance company so that i can claim the benefits of cashless....
