IMT Ghaziabad Complaints & Reviews

I already Applied for IMT Institution Through Common Admission. My first preference was IMT Ghaziabad and Second was IMT Nagpur. Why would I have to apply for IMT nagpur From a different email? I already updated my CMAT roll number on this application after asking the admission team of IMT. When I already have paid the application fee of 2000 rupees, why will I have to do this again, i can't even update my CMAt roll number in the new email. My whole year will go to waste because of this. I request everyone to PLease help me as i cant afford to lose a year i have to support my family.

I sent 1st mail on May 01, 2018 asking if I can Reappear for the exams I am left with. To which I received revert on May 03, 2018 stating I can pay a fee of 10k using the given link for reinstatement. It also stated that as per policy Complete the programme before June 2018 without any extension. I asked back that if I make the payment in June 2018, will I be able to give exams anytime in future if not in June/ July 2018. I was answered "You are required to complete everything by June 18".
I was misguided and miscommunicated by Shilpi. She has no sense of revertig to the emails, never greets and never answeres to the point. I asked her if I can give exams in future, I asked her what if I appear for exmas in June and fails in some exam again, can I still give it in future, I was not answered properly. Moreover, her number is always busy and I was never able to contact her over the call. She then routed me to contact [protected]@imtcdl.ac.in who said I need to contact [protected]@imtcdl.ac.in. I spoke to someone[protected]Mala), she made me speak to some male staff who asked me to pay by June 20, 2018 and he will take exception from Shilpi for me to appear in June/ July 2018 exams. Then he called me back after 10 minutes and handed over call to Shilpi who literally started shouting on me. She was sounding extremely rude and unhelpful.. She was not accepting the fact that she could not revert to me in a manner she should have been. She never answered to my queries.
Because of her delay and lazy/ improper/ incomplete responses to my emails, I am failed in completing my MBA.

I have spent so much money on this and was not able to give exams on time due to personal issue. You are so unhelpful. I have wasted so many years with IMT, wish I could have never enrolled into it.

First I was informed through mail that the last date to deposit admission fee was 3rd of april. Since the mail enclosed every relevant information- I relied on that and tried to make payment at 3'o clock. But the last time to pay was 2'o clock.

Its all their fault in the first place and what worse - they stopped picking up calls and taking the least responsibilty to reply to the mails

Its 6th of april today and this totally sucks. There are several other like me.

I intend to join a Post graduate Course through distance learning centre of the institute. I have been directed to pay the fee. I did not listened from them for a long time. Then After calling them I got to know that the exams have already been conducted. After repeated followup they accepted their mistakes and got ready to refund my complete fee and asked me to wait for the next 2 months to get my fee refunded. but it has been 5 months and they do not answer my E-Mail too.

I was doing MBA from IMT noida2 . I have completed it from[protected]. I was in job when i joined MBA in IMT Noida2. before joining this MBA course I have confirmed from the concerned person that classes are mandatory or not then he said that classes are not mandatory for the person who were in job. so for 2 years[protected] and[protected] they have given the attendance marks without attending any class. now in my last year when i complete the MBA all subjective exams then they have given 0 marks in attendance and said that this is not in my hand.
I would to file a complaint against it if it was not in the hand of IMT noida 2 then why they have committed the same and why they have give attendance marks in first 2 years.

so Please help me out because it seems only the matter of money.

I am approaching the help from Consumer court. Please help me.

Sub: Changes in Fees

Dear Sir,

I am Student of IMT Ghaziabad (Centre for distance Learning), perusing 3 years part time course with my job from IMT Ghaziabad (CDL), at the time of admissions the fees structure told to us is as follows:

1st Year: Rs. 18,000/-
2nd Year: Rs. 20,000/-
3rd Year: Rs. 22,000/-

But after completion of the 1st Year Exams the letter came to us (by IMT) for depositing the fees for 2nd Year is Showing Rs. 25,000 to be deposited instead of Rs. 20,000/-, just mentioned in the prospectus that fee structure can be revised at any time, does mean increase in the fee to such a high extent, which is not acceptable by me and also some of my friends in the Institute.

Hope you will not disclose my name to the Institute as I have dout that it affects my exams and results.

Waiting an early response from your end as the last date of submission of fee is February 10, 2010.

This is regarding IMT Distance Learning MBA program, IMT is not clearing the university afiiliation till now.
& apart from that IMT DLP is charging a lot of fee to say as late fee or assignment submission fee or project submission fee. pl. do a kind of control on that & also its not at all approveed by DEC to run distance learning. as govt of India has already canceled a lot o[censored]niversities to run distance learning like AAIDU & All. pl. take appropriate steps to save future of lots of students.
