Amazon refund is processed but in my dhani account I didnt get it ....

I was in a trading plan but exorbitant amount of brokerage was charged in spite of month charges were debited from my account. Both my rm and his manager promised to get it reverse and failed. When i followed up they were very rude.

I have escalated and following with helpdesk but is of no use either through email or call center.

As i am sure i will not get my money i am asking for closure of my trading account...
