My name is Bharatbhai, SEP. MONTH 2022 i have a call Mr. Rajeev verma (Mob no - [[protected]] & onther tall free number is +91 [protected], Mayank Agarwal [[protected]) they says we gives 5 to 25 lakh 6%/year interest rate and first you take a policy in bharti axa life shining stars and we give 5 to 25laks with in 10 days.

But they said we need to purchase insurance so they give Bharti AXA Elite Advantage Plan, Policy Number:[protected]. for loan, for as a security of loan, so we proceed for that and we get insurance file, and after some days they call us and they told us like your file is eligible for premium customer and raise a loan amount up to 38 lacs. interest rate is 5.75, then We communicate with Rajiv Verma his told like it’s the 2nd insurance is cancel after complete loan process. Also, they said that they are attached 2nd insurance cancelations latter/form with insurance so after complete loan process 2nd insurance are cancelled and 1st insurance are attached with loan for security. So, They Suggest we (India First Life Cash Back Plan) Policy Number:[protected], we Proceed 2nd insurance, after some time we get then file.

And after some time, they call us for pay 56000 for PWF/Payment withdrawals form. Also, we tell that provide all the information on mail with your Name, Mo. Number, Designation and Provide information of PWF form. But they are not providing and told us It’s RBI GUID LINE we have not permission to send this information.

Then We decide to cancel this process and we call them to cancel both insurance file and loan we are nit iterated with this loan processes. They said that for cancelation take 45 days and both insurance paid amount received in our account but till date we have not received any payment.

All we attached all the call recoding please check and please provide resolution as soon as possible.

    I had purchased a life insurance of IndiaFirst Life Insurance Company Limited on March, 2022 in the name of ASIT JANA, Policy No[protected]. Later I decided to cancel the policy and I sent a mail of policy cancellation to the customer care of IndiaFirst Life Insurance Company Ltd on 31st March, 2022. After three to four days later they asked for a hand written letter with signature. I had done the same and mailed them. About one week later they responded to attach a copy of my pan card with signature because my signature was not matching as per their records. Once again, I had done the same. Now they are repeatedly asking for request letter. Please look into this matter.
