payment not received

I had made a payment towards iit bombay examination portal for uceed entrance exam. It has already been 2 months since i have been waiting for the reply in mail.

Amount paid - rs[protected] + 1500)

It has already been more than 6 months i have paid the amount still i havent got the refund. I have made payment via hdfc payzapp application....
