No response regarding exam and fees

Dear Sir,
I have got admission in Emba on August,2011, from Delhi Brach of ISMS, but now they didn't respond when even I call upon, they didn't say anything about my Exam Schedule, My deposited money, they have already taken Rs. 20,000/- from me,
but Now got depressed whether my money is gone laps, or my Course is being hanged up.
Kindly take necessary steps regarding the above.
