I have place a paid order for a Mini Washing Machine Automatic Household Dehydrated Mini Tube3-5Kg Wash Dry Care Cleaner - Blue × 1 as advertised by the Indicart on FaceBook. i have made a bank transfer on 3rd Septmentber, 2020. Immediately after the payment i have got a payment confirmation email from Indicart.
Since then I have been trying to track my order and emailed to indi.[protected]@gmail.com but there is no response from them nor I got the delivery. There website also not working now.

It seems this is a fraud company and trap system to fetch money from the Customer.

I want my money back ASAP.

Ive ordered and paid for (Order no. # 1683) an electric head massager and also recieved a confirmatiom mail of payment.
Now there is no information regarding the order and no one responding to the complaints mailed.

On 6th september 2020, i had seen an advertisement on instagram about mini portable washing machine, cost rupees 999 about it is capacity it had mentioned 3 to 5 kg.
Then i had booked it by mentioning my address, it had mentioned indicarts and after payment, one confirmation mail on gmail had come from "indicarts indi. [protected]@gmail.com via shopify.com.
