i have taken admission in 2008 in B.tech civil branch first year . they have taken 5000 rupees as refundable and promise to refund when we leave the college.
In 2009 i drop the college and when i applied for 5000 of my refundable amount they neither replied and nor response.

the fee that was told to me that was
75000 for first year
and
70000 for rest years.
but in second year they told me to submit 80000.
