no paying workers salary no management full harassment

In my whole life i never see this type of worth, third class company (I have no words for this cheap company)
◆ this company never paid salry on time,
◆ mantly harressment on employees for work and salary
◆ in lockdown period the salary is not paid then some region our family face the very bad condition on very big problem.
◆ no future
◆ fraud with employees
◆ managment is selfish and full wirh ego, they always ignore the employees
In simple words fake, fraurd and managment less company, no future, no salary...
And most important think innovision company never be share joining later to our workers like guard etc...
It is very bad for indian poor people harashment and mentally disturbing.. Pls help us.. And inquiry the metter...

With due respect
I beg to say that i was working as security guard in manna puram gold loan manimajra deputed by my employer innovision security limited having branch office in sector71, mohali on monthly salary of rs. 9, 200/- from april, 2016 to december, 2017, my employee id was 25181. I have left the job in the month of january, 2018 by tendering my resignation. During job i have been assured that i am covered under provident funds scheme, but inspite of my repeated requested for provident funds number during and after leaving job, i have not been given any number so that i can claim my provident fund from provident funds department. I have been paid salary during my job period after deduction of my share of provident fund. Sir, i am being harassed by the innovision security limited and is not being co-operated inspite of numerous request. Sir, i have doubt that the innovision security whether they have deposited the provident funds with provident fund department as they are not providing me the provident funds number.
You are requested to take legal action against innovision security limited in this regard.

Sir, i am jasmeet singh S/O sukhdev singh..i was working as security guard in Innovision security limited..my provident fund don't in my accout...my uan no..[protected]..mob no.[protected]..my member id= DLCPM[protected]..plz my pf and pension claim in my account..
