I have purchased inventory biz single user (Gst), barcode printer, scanner bullet, thermal printer from their kochi dealer around 3 weeks before. Installation it'self was delayed few days, the sales executive was keep on dragging the installation.
I made the full payment on the day of installation and started waiting for the bill. Nowadays, dally i am making calls to that executive and he is not giving me the bill.

Dear Friends,
I purchased one Inventory Biz billing software from Integrate Solutions, Thycadu, Trivandrum. Its model is 4.5 standard version. I used about 2 years. After this I changed my printer (Dot matrix type) and I called the dealer to set the print format. One service person came to my shop and set print format and asked Rs 550. I paid the charge. He gave one bill against the payment. But there is some mistakes in my FORM 8 bill....
