Jatan Shah Skill Nation Complaints & Reviews

On 18th December 2024, I did one AI ChatGPT workshop for 3 hours by So called Jatan Shah from his company Skillnation. On the workshop he taught 3 AI tools for 1 hour, 2 hours he was selling his promotional master class. As I was not aware of thier activities before and I was satisfied to learn 3 AI tools I willing to join his masterclass course which is cost 14396 rs, which we can pay in 2 installment. I have done my 1st installation payment...

I wanted to follow up on my request for a refund, which I sent yesterday regarding the masterclass I purchased from you on the 12th of this month.

Upon starting the course, I was disappointed to find that the content did not align with the promising nature highlighted during the 3-hour online seminar. Additionally, the comments I've come across online have raised concerns, as many individuals expressed dissatisfaction with your courses.

After thorough consideration, I've decided not to continue with the course, given the disparity between expectations and the delivered content. Please reconsider your offerings and ensure they match the value promised to your participants.

I hope you understand my perspective, and I need a prompt resolution to this matter.

I sent an email stating the same as above. However, I haven't received any response from them so far and when I reach out to their customer care representatives, they are not answering my calls. I'm literally frustrated now and I'm not sure how I can get my money back from these kind of scammers. Please help me get my hard-earned money back. People like Jatan and companies like these must be banned. I don't know what's happening to today's generation, they are being too materialistic, and people fall for their fraud without knowing.

Since 20 days I have been following the same, and Divya from skill nation Jatan shah team member, replying the same story despite of telling the real fact. And she did not provide me jatan shah number after asking 20 times:

I am writing to formally register a complaint against Mr. Jatan Shah, representing Skill Nation, for failure to refund the payment made for the master class. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter amicably, there has been no response or reimbursement.Everytime they are telling us it's non refundable as our policy says.

Details of the transaction:

14397/-Paid through Credit card in two installments(7198/-each) on 25th Nov 2023 & 29th Nov

I request prompt attention to this issue and a thorough investigation into the matter. Your assistance in resolving this dispute is greatly appreciated.

Hi Jatan/Skill nation, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you of an unexpected emergency that has arisen, compelling me to request a refund for the master class course fee that I have already paid.

I truly value the content and opportunities your master class offers, and it is my intention to enroll in the future once my circumstances stabilize. I would appreciate your understanding and assistance in processing the refund at your earliest convenience. Note: I paid my fees in two instalments through credit card in two days. I am attaching the receipt for your reference. I have not started any of the courses which are provided by you in the skill nation website. You can check it also. Please remove the mail id which is registered with you and refund the fee.

And they replied that we cant refund as its no refund policy:
My opinion: every masterclass have their refund policy, And while jatan shah teach and after end the master class webinar he told us to register fast as you have only 10 mins left or else we will not give you discount, so I booked by paying the 1st instalment through credit card, and the very next day I got to know that my project have some opportunities so need to go outside from my organization, and then I wrote mail to jatan shah and skill nation to refund the amount, as its an emergency situation which i cant deny, I dont even touch the site what they given after my registration.
Now you tell me I should read the policy what have written in their website in a 10 mins or should pay the amount as we get the discount. Please help me to refund my money
