Not getting my money back

Respected sir/madam, I had purchased my jeevan Anand policy in 23/07/2009, Name Shrinivas Narsayya Injamuri, policy no.[protected], term 5yrs, Sum AssuredAmount 100, 000/- and i had paid only one premium of Rs 24, 643/-. due some personal reasons ( i was out of maharashtra ) i couldn't able to pay they rest of the premiums but now i got the original certificate with me i want to continue but lic people are saying your term is over cant...

Non receipt of Surrender value

Address:Dhanbad, Jharkhand

Jeevan Anand Policy No:[protected] T-149-15. The said policy was surrendered by the undersigned vide letter ref. no:GD/SPL/2011/PO dt. 27.10.2011 along with the "Surrender discharge Voucher duly signed,my identification, and the original certificate or policy, I followed it up by sending another letter with ref. no:GD/SPL/8/2011/PO dt. 20 .02.2012 but till now I have not received my surrender value.

payment of premium

sir,
i had a policy of jeevan anand and had paid the premium for 1 year but due to un avoidable circumstances i cannot pay the premium for next 1 year now i want to pay the premium and countinue it. can i pay the premium and start the policy again. and i had the policy made in bangalore but now im in hyderabad so can i start paying the premium here in hyderabad....
