Poor network in my village, internet is very slow . If some wants to work from home and shifted from metro cities to this area then its very pathetic to use internet . Everytime i raise complain behalf of my village members nothing happned from your customer service side . Kindly solve this and set up more towers and packets here so that we can use internet for which i am paying for .

I have recharged Jio plan for 209 rupees through google pay with proof, but I haven't received message from Jio and also plan is not activated, I can't receive any otps and calls now. I request Jio solve my issues or to refund my money...

Jio network intimate to recharge before connecting call from 10days earlier the plan expiration date.
I am in emergency to call but jio network intimate me to recharge in 2-3 languages.
What if I am having heart attack or any health issue emergency and making call but jio wasting time by their recharge intimation instead of connecting call.

In my native place thalavadi have internet issues last 2 year, I compliant verious department customer care, applied authority, also no response both applied authority and customer care . In 3 months i m suffering from jio bad network. Left the Videos download from ott platform, my whatsapp massage also not download. My online education program is not running successfully.
