I bought recorded classes for all 6 subjects from JK Shah. There is no restriction on the number of times we can view a lecture. But all of a sudden, even tho I have only watched half the lecture, now when im trying to watch the lecture again, it says I have exceeded the number of views and is not allowing me to watch it. The customer support is absolutely a waste of time. Majority of time they dont pick up their call. Even if they do, they will say that they will look into it which they never do. What are students supposed to do if they cant watch classes? They expect u to come to the leave ur studies and ur work and followup with them because they are not going to do anything despite the high fees that they charge. I have never seen such poor service in handling customer complaints. More and more classes are inaccessible now. Really regret buying their classes.

I had registered myself for early batch for IPCC exams to be conducted on May’23.

However due to some reasons my attempt got shifted to Nov’23 and hence i decided to cancel my idea of appearing for CA exams and till then i have already paid ₹50, 000 to JK SHAH snd this is not a small amount to me or anyone at my position we are working real hard to earn that amount snd now when i have just attended around 1/2 lectures in dadar branch (offline) with poor teaching skills they still are denying to refund our fees.

However, lawfully they are bound to refund my fees even after “no refund policy”.

Please help me get my fees refund as soon as possible.
