My consumer no. Is 06195 and consumer name is ajoy dey residing at palmer bazar road, kolkata. My indane gas distributor is karco distributor.
I have booked a gas cylinder on 24.3.2018 and i received a sms on 26.3.2018 that the cash memo has been delivered. The booking no. Is 484642 and cash memo no. Is [protected]. But, the cylinder has not yet been delivered and it has been already one month. I have enquired about it multiple times...

Dear sir
i booked my lpg on 25.12.16 ref no 252820, sms came on 04.04.17 that your cash memo [protected] has generated will be delivered shortly, but on 06.01.2017 another sms came your order cancelled reason door closed. No body moved from my house anywhere. My mummy asked to delivery boy for lpg on 05.01.2017, he denied to give cylinder. Why and how they sent sms door closed. I suspect they sold cylinder at high cost to any body....

I have a complain against my gas agency Karco Distributors, 16 Radhanath Choudhury Road, Kolkata - 700015, that every time I book the gas cylinder, it takes one and half month normally and some times more than that to deliver. This is the regular problem which me and my whole locality face each...
