Paint defect in newly purchase Maruti Suzuki Ertiga VXI CNG

Hi, Have purchase Subject vehicle through dealer Kataria Auto mobiles pvt ltd wide invoice no. 2204BRDB2C00970 Dated 02/09/2021. During the month of June have observed 6 to 7 Paint Damage spots on my vehicle Boinet and on Body, during July have visited Kataria Service Station at Gotri Vadodara Location on 12th July 2022. Have discussed about the paint damage, with visual observation they said that the damage of Paints due to Bird ###. They refer me to visit their Maneja work shop for expert observation. Have visited their manaja work shop and one person has visually check vehicle and reported that the damage due to bird ### on phone to Gotri work shop manager Mr. Pratik.
Have explained them, i am parking my vehicle in proper place where there is no bird ###. Have also told them the damage is increasing day by day.( Spreading more). Have also told them, lets assume it happen due to bird ###, then what quality of paints maruti using which dosent sustain Bird ### at all.
Have asked them for technical inspection report which talks about quality of paints used and chemical availability on Body of car which suppose to match with chemical present in Bird ###. They fail to provide me report they only shared only visual observation report that too after many follow-ups.
Kataria & Maruti has mentioned in their mail that, the damage of paints due to bird ### and it will not cover under warranty.
In my family and friends many are using Maruti Car, they are doing open parking on road, they them selves said that, bird ### will remaining on their vehicle for 4 to 5 days or even more some time, but they didn't faced any such issue.
I am sure, its manufacturing defect of paints and now Kataria and Maruti are not accepting mfg. defect nor providing me technical report which proves damage due to bird ###.
Infect Kataria has shared me Estimate to repair the paint defect and offer me 20% discount without having any technical evaluation report.
Have spend 10.62 Lac on vehicle that too 9Months before and in 9 Months if their vehicle paints will not sustain Indian weather how will ensure it will give me life of 15 Yrs ( Based on fitness of vehicle).
I also would like to mentioned additional points, where Quality of Steel used by Maruti is very bad quality, it dosen't even sustain impact of 20 or 30KM per hour. I made very Big mistake by purchasing this vehicle and carrying life risk of 7 family member.
Raising this complain with expectation to get solution from manufacturer and they will work to improve quality of product or inform to CUSTOMER up front about their vehicle Safety rating and Quality of product what they are providing before selling to CUSTOMERs.

Today we have given our maruti ertiga car to kataria workshop at vesu, surat, gujarat.
Without our intimation some parts has been replaced and they claimed the billing of 26, 755.00
How could they do such thing without concern from customer.

This is my second time bitter experience with kataria motors insurance policy provider.
First of all i want to know, it is like this if we will take insurance from kataria motors insurance services than only we will get cash less services and other benefit. Everytime they call they only use these words if we will take policy other than their supplies we will not get cashless either we will not get vehicle fast in service while in any claim.?
In last year my policy was due and minor crack was in front bumper i asked them its not wise decision to take claim for just small reason, so in any case i will have to take claim in major sure it will cover, and reply was ofcourse but just six months back my car met with accident and i kept car in claim and that front bumper didnt cover in claim with excuse of it was already damage before policy.
Now this year with great fancy words they again call me and attract me with different schemes that you will be provided with discount or cashback and one full service coupon, i agreed to renew with them and now after policy got renewed they are giving reply cashback cheque you will get in 45 days and service coupon is of valid for 6 months. Now when i had already done service just few days back how i will use this coupon again within 6 months.

Booking vehicle in may 2016 and they told that it will be delivered in August first week and they called in July last week to tell that the vehicle has come. We made half payment and asked for a weeks time to make the remaining payment by taking bank loan and they had blocked but without any notice, they allotted the vehicle for a different customer without informing also and they say that others are available and other models are available if we want..the color which we booked is not available and choose a different color and we have already taken the loan ...so why should we pay interest without even getting the car ..who will bear all this..now they are saying it will come in next slot and we dont know when that is and all these stories..

Delay in delivery of booked vehicle and then increase in price of vehicle

Hi,
I had booked baleno (Delta) on 29/02/16 from nexa showroon of kataria automobiles, kalali road in vadodara. My booking no is sob15001342. I had made advance payment of rs 175650. The delivery period of vehicle was 20 to 22 weeks which is already over and i am still waiting for it.
At the time of booking, vehicle price was rs 663124 after ward it was increased to rs 664650/ on 19/07/2016.
On 6/08/16, i got a verbal information from the nexa dealer that i have to make balance payment, as my vehicle is going to arrive in the next week. Then i wrote an email to the nexa dealer regarding collecting payment from the bank.In the reply of that email they send me the revised price of rs 677205.
I am facing this price problem because there is delay in the delivery of vehicle.
If my vehicle would have been delivered on time, then there was no issue of price increase.
Now my query is that whether this price is applicable to me?
I am the loyal customer of maruti since last 15 years. As a loyal customer, i am still waiting for the delivery of vehicle. And for doing this i am being penalised.

I have booked s-cross 1.3 zeta limited edition car at nexa kataria automobiles pvt ltd- at prahladnagar ahmedabad. On 21-march-2016
At the time of booking exucutive mr.Akib pathan of nexa told me that you will get your car within 3 to 4 weeks max. But we will try our best ur car will be delivered in 1st week of april.
But i try to contact mr.Akib pathan 8 to 9 times in a week for just enquiry about my car delivery status.
But he is not answering my call.
Not getting any response.
What is this!!!
He behave with me like i take free delivery of my car from nexa kataria automobiles pvt ltd.
I dont pay for this?
They even don't sense to inform customer to update about status. I would suggest that they need to get more train how to retain customer.
Suddenly he response my call on 9th of april2016 and saying me i finally told u tomorrow about ur car delivery.
Then i again call him yesterday at afternoon n he not answering my call n he called me at evening n say me ur car is not possible to delivered to u because the limited edition car production is off.
I shocked n say him production is off!!! Then why should be take booking for this n how can u say the delivery period.
I don't understanding most off people's how can say the maruti suzuki company is the no 1 company n not any other company beat it in maruti suzuki's sales n service matter...
I really very very disappointed from nexa kataria automobiles pvt ltd.
So plz immediatly take action for this matter n give me my car delivery.

Not clearing Full & Final dues

Dear Sir,
Myself Chirag Patel, I had joined Kataria Automobiles Pvt Ltd Surat on 11.04.2013 as a Manager – HR and worked till 31.05.2014. My total Salary in hand was 31, 000/- per month. At the time of separation, my F & F dues were not clear by the company and I have approached and communicated them continuously but they have not responded at all. Then I have lodge complain to Asstt. Labour Commissioner Mr. S. Shah, Surat for the same. He talked with them and their labour consultant and given assistance to me for the clearance of my dues. But after 9 months as on date my dues are still pending to clear by them. My dues are inclusive of 1 month and 6 days salary amount, 1 year Bonus and Paid leave balance encashment.
Please do the needful for the clearance of my dues with all month interest amount on total pending amount at the earliest.

when i purchased it, kataria aumobiles pvt ltd executive commited to me that they give free service and aliment and balancing.
