Without permission all manglik users profile status is changed

In keralamatrimony all manglik profile status was changed yes to not specified.I am also a paid member in keralamatrimony and i have manglik.Already more than five members are accepted my request.
They are also have manglik but now their profile manglik status was also changed yes to not specified.Now i can't find more than three profiles, so that i requesting you to refund my amount or give permission to access your manglikmatrimony site....

I have registered to keralamatrimony.com for my brother to find a life partner. The customer care member given me wrong information that there are total 17 members interested to the profile and we can see the interest count and interested members list only after becoming the paid member. By trusting the customer care member's words I became a paid member by selecting the classic package of Rs. 2600 on 24th November....
