hi kingfisher people i m nisha bhargav from Ahmadabad i m taking ur services from last 15 months services are excellent and males i met till now was a wonderful experience keep it up.ur service person vikram is very loyal as far as my privacy is concern.
but last evening only i received my quarterly account statement sent from ur side ur people have charged almost 11000/- as excess service charges pls look into the matter i have already...

this complaint is to tell the kingfisher people that i m the member for last 3 years and last month only i upgraded myself tyo the upper segment from normal segment for better services.
but didn't get the receipt for my payment of 10000/- .
pls kingfisher authorities look into the matter.
