I am writing to bring to your attention a matter o[censored]tmost concern regarding the conduct of one of your employees, Mr. Nagaraju, who serves as a Patient Care Assistant at Pristyn Care, Hyderabad. I regret to inform you that the experience with Mr. Nagaraju has been highly disappointing and raises serious concerns about the quality of patient care provided by your organization.
On 16/01/2024, my interaction with Mr. Nagaraju was marked by rude and improper behavior, creating an uncomfortable and distressing environment for both myself and the patient under his care. His communication was disrespectful, and it was evident that patient care was of the least concern to him during this interaction.
As a responsible and concerned individual, I believe it is crucial to bring such issues to your attention, trusting that Pristyn Care is committed to maintaining a high standard of professionalism and patient care. The behavior exhibited by Mr. Nagaraju not only falls short of these standards but also has the potential to negatively impact the reputation of your organization.
I kindly request that you conduct a thorough investigation into this matter and take appropriate action against Mr. Nagaraju. It is imperative that corrective measures be implemented to ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future. We have no holidays. They are taking every government holidays and festival holidays. They don't give holidays for even festivals like maha sivaratri, bakrid and many etc.. They even take sundays. They took many sundays as working days. Even they took extra classes as there mood. And fine for even every small mistake. Like a mosquito they take every single drop of blood from us. We are stressed mentally and day by day there giving many works even we are in engineering 1st year (Kl university) please review this worst college and take a complaint. Thanq.
