I am writing to bring to your attention a matter o[censored]tmost concern regarding the conduct of one of your employees, Mr. Nagaraju, who serves as a Patient Care Assistant at Pristyn Care, Hyderabad. I regret to inform you that the experience with Mr. Nagaraju has been highly disappointing and raises serious concerns about the quality of patient care provided by your organization.

We have no holidays. They are taking every government holidays and festival holidays. They don't give holidays for even festivals like maha sivaratri, bakrid and many etc.. They even take sundays. They took many sundays as working days. Even they took extra classes as there mood. And fine for even every small mistake. Like a mosquito they take every single drop of blood from us. We are stressed mentally and day by day there giving many works...
