Sir, i am shashi devi i am doing kmj land developers india limited from 30/01/2010 to 30/7/2014. Lic maturity is 30/7/2015 but he will not give all refund which is 25500. 10, fortune plaza shri mant madhav rao scindia road city center, gwalior (Mp) 474011 reg. No _ u70101mp2008plc020823. Plan term - 204 (5y -6m) c. S. C. Address - opp. Tehsil gate rajpura chauraha s. R. N. Bhadohi regn. No. & date of commencement -30/01/2010...

I opened a monthly payment account with the said company with regn number 115R00000729, on 29/06/2013, after paying for 18 months I came to know that sebi has barred the company to rais funds from the public, I stopped the payment, and applied for premature closure of the account, the company manager from Bangalore accepted it and said the amount will be credited to your bank account within 15days, I paid 18000 in total and application for premature closure also gave in December 2014, but I didn't received any amount till date, and the manager is also missing, I tried to call him but not answering the call

kmj land developers india limited is workiing as a real state company .company have iso certified or not and the hard coming money of pubblic is safe or not.
