I resigned from Kotak Life as Life advisor on 17/01/2023 ( Agency code[protected], PAN- ABJPM3847P ) and they sent me form 1C, accepting my resignation with effect from same date, ie.17/01/2023 but till now it is showing enforced on IRDA Portal. Please help to delete my PAN and agency code from IRDAI Portal as soon as possible and please confirm.

I had worked as a agent of kotak mahindra life insurance company's bhubaneswar 2 brach, Bhubaneswar from 6 mar 2018 to 14 Oct 2020. 14th Oct I have resigned, they accept the resignation and the data of pan lookup also changed "inforce to surrender" After that when I request to my manager samiksha dixit of this branch to provide the noc, she refused and demand money for the NOC.
My PAN No is CUXPM3666B, agent id 60531990.
Kindly help me for the NOC from the kotak mahindra life insurance company and send it to my mail [protected]@gmail.com or delete my name from pan lookup

I had call in your call center on 19-03-20 and received the sms in my contact no. (Reference sms - your query[protected] for policy no[protected] regarding query - cf/afi/free look has been addressed successfully). But it has been suddenly announced lock down and 144 rules. I tried to contact in your call center in lock down time but ivr not to contact customer executive office. It is to every time is same problem. But i have contact in your call center 19-06-20. She said that you sent the all document in email.

I unable continue this policy because i faced the financial for look down.
Please cancel my policy.

I expect quick action in this regard and any information related to the cancellation of this policy should be sent o me at the earliest.
