I placed an order on 24 sep. My order isn't arrived yet. Even it's not moving. It's still in zurich from last 29 sep. Why does it taking too much time!
Order no. K[protected]. It stopped moving from zurich. Even i didn't get any notifications. Its been a month i placed the order. I need my delivery. I don't know how to track it even....

I ordered my product from kylie cosmetics around 20th of july and it has been over a month and still the order has not been delivered to me and it still shows in transit to the destination. The order was about 40 dollars. What should i do now. Will i ever get my parcel or not. Can you please help me with this issue. Is there any way i can get my parcel from kylie cosmetics. They were two lip kits....

I had placed an order from kylie cosmetics for 3 products which cost me around 125$ (Rs.8500) on 16th october 2017. The order was placed on the kyliecosmetics.com apparently the original website of the company which appeared first in the google search when you search for "kylie cosmetics"
I made the payment to the website through online transaction. I even received a confirmational mail but no information was given about the delievery...

I ordered for kylie lipkits its been nearly 2 months and i havent recieved my parcel
I've paid a lot and the team is not replying properly its reached the destination which js banhalore however i havent recieved it
Can someone please help i dont know who to contact in bangalore for my parcel?
Do i contact kalyan nagar post office or what?
