Loss of silk blouse

I provided silk blouse with other items for laundry on 06/04/2022 (Ref bill number - D12-0073/22) in Ambattur branch.
The delivery was promised on 13/04/2022. However one silk blouse is missing till date (28/04/2022) and the team is giving careless responses and not answering by grievances. The branch and the customer care have been ignoring my requests while I have already fully paid for the order.

jacket damage from dry cleaning

I gave my jacket which is one piece of a 2 in 1 jacket worth rs.6000, for dry cleaning to laundrex thoraipakkam on 14th sep'18. There wasn't any defect in my jacket at that time and it was checked and acknowledged in the bill receipt i received from them as well. But when i went to pickup the jacket, i found that it was burnt around the wrist area (Luckily i checked). When i asked the service person, she told that she will send it back to the workshop and they will call me regarding this. I accepted it and returned. After about 15 mins, i received a call from them saying that the jacket was already damaged when i gave to them. Please note i didnt have the bill receipt handy at the time of pickup and i told them i don't have the receipt. They must have thought that i dont have the receipt at all and they could claim anything they want about the condition of product when i gave for cleaning. After about 15 mins i left the place, i received a call from them saying that the jacket was already damaged when i gave to them. I got really furious, went back to the place with receipt and showed them the receipt saying that product was received by them without any defects. They showed a piece of paper attached to the jacket (Probably did by them after i left) saying that there was light damage when i gave it to them. I dont think even the most dumbest person in the world would accept this as a proof. Then they started spinning one lie after the other to mask their mistake. This is where i completely lost my trust on them. Mistakes do happen but their effort to coverup it up is unbelievable and unacceptable. After lot o[censored]seless argument with the service person who kept repeating the same thing again and again, i got tired and left the place with assurance that head office will call me on monday as it is closed today (It was a saturday (22nd sep'18). On monday, i got a call from them that they forwarded the complaint to headquarters and i will receive a call from them but i never received that day. So i called the headquarter myself on tuesday to know the status of my complaint. This is where i realized that it is not just the service person at the outlet, the people at headquarter are much worse. This is one of the statement made by them -"if a customer is not happy, it doesnt become a bad customer service and vice versa". Wow.. What an insight.. I wonder who taught them this completely different perspective on customer service. I am still awaiting for a resolution from them
