Sir, i am sahil devdutt from central university of hp, and i am complaining for shagun mankotia who is currently lecturer in our university. She does not have any knowledge of the subject and she does guide us properly also she threatens us to fail in the exams and internal assesment. We complained for her earlier in the university but no action was taken against her. Please help me sir....
