Have a car insurance with liberty general insurance they have denied my claim of my car damages on the left side due to the hit at the wall and gate at a private property. The insurance guy has come and inspected the spot and got 5 witnesses however he asked me bribe for 5 or 6k rupees which I have denied and due to that he has declined the insurance claim. I have written several complaints to skoda and liberty insurance yet they are very unresponsive and resolution is not met for more than a month for now.
Kindly help me cancel my insurance with the total refund and a compensation for my repairs either from the dealer for opting me in with such a fraudulent insurance company or the insurance for rejecting the claim and harassing me

Hi team,

We have purchased a 4 wheeler policy from liberty general insurance for the period may 23rd 2019 to may 22nd 2020.
September 2019, we raised a claim and it was settled. Again in february, met with accident in nice road. Now the claim is being rejected telling we have not submitted[protected] policy.

How can we get a valid policy without producing previous year policy. Once we have purchased the policy it is a valid document.

Insurance team is not responding over any calls or emails regarding this.
Please help us in getting the claim

I am so disappointed with the service of liberty general insurance. I keep mailing them with details and request for a solution and they keep sending me automated reply with the same repudiation letter. I do not get it why the people from your company fail to resolve the issue.
They do not approve of my car’s insurance claim because of a mere misunderstanding.

I understand there was a small mistake from my side at first when i had an interaction with mr. Gunjan, because i did not know earlier that it matters so much, but then so many times i have narrated the incident which actually happened through call and mails but there is same reply from your side.

Do you understand the kind of mental trauma i am going through?? My car is in the service centre and the claim is disapproved from your end and then there is no resolution from your side??? This is simply a case of negligence and harassment of customer. I am ready to provide the call recording proofs also but then no body cares to atleast give me a call or mail from your company??? Is this the kind of treatment that you give to your customers??? I keep mailing and calling you guys but you fail to respond properly.

Hi, I am Biswajit Acharyya from Rajpur .I bought a Hyundai eon car from mohon motors .The man who came to me from liberty insurance private limited for the insurance cheque did not gave me any hard copy of the quotation and also didnt showed me any genuine identity card regarding his post in the above company..When I came to know about this.i immediately called his boss Mrs sonali manna but she was quite irresponsible in taking any action against it.So I request you kindly to take necessary actions against it so that this incident doesn't takes place in future.
