This is a reference to my earlier Mail dated 06/04/22 regarding submission of life certificate . As I have not received my Annuity Payment of Rs 5138 which I
should get in the month of April 22, and I have submitted the life certificate on 06/04/22.And again 02/05/22, And today 4th time I have submitted .Customer care says that this certificate is not updated in their system even after sending no of mail I have not received any reply...

I have not received annuity since the year 2005. Since i left couple of organisations and have lost relevant papers, i could not follow up. Now i got hold copy of letter dated 6.9.2004 from the above office. I have sent a letter on 10.10.2020 to the above office. Till date, i have not received any response. Currently, i am a retired person settled in coimbatore.
