As stated in the subject, the condition of the above road is very poor, hazardous to the road users and furthermore it creates “severe dust pollution” to this densely populated urban area between mangapuram and Mustafa.

This severe issue started roughly three months back, when the road contractor laid road-base material on top of existing road, as part of some corrective measures on the existing good condition road! They simply laid this material at some parts of this stretch of road and left it as such, without asphalting on top of it. The above careless, irresponsible and senseless job creates extreme dust pollution to this entire area and we, the people staying on either side of this road are suffering from many health issues due to this. A photo of a part of this road is attached to this to understand the situation.

I believe the above words are enough to communicate the severity of the matter and I hope the concerned authorities will take necessary actions to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    My self Ypgits Prakash s/o Smt Vimla Devi. I was submitted request for new elec. Meter on dated March, which is changed but your staff not giving any paper to me. Now problem is your staff (name- Raju) demand cash 5000/- for making paper and I gave him 5000/-. But till date I have not received any paper from him.
    If I have not received new meter paper then not generate elec. Bill.

      This is about the world's No. 1 Company regarding their work/service / Harrasment to their customers
      My name is Jayender singh
      Mb. No. [protected] from Baba Farid Nagar, Faridkot. I purchased 02 A/C Of Company on 23 April 2018. No. Of Promises Regarding warranty, Service & Repair were made by including 1year warranty for all purposes regarding repair & service. On 13 April 2018 routine service was carried out on my request by the engineer namely Gurpreet Singh (Mb. No. [protected]). But after the service leakage of water was started from A/C. Immediately same was conveyed to engineer suryaSingh who carried the service again. He visited My house 3-4 times in the warranty period but he neither solve the leakage Nor he told any defect in the A/C. Then I rang to Dealer, Mr. Tarun of (Mb. No. [protected]) to solve the leakage problem.
      Mr. Varun then talked with service centre Muktsar to do the needful. Service centre Muktsar sent a engineer Sunny (Mb. No. [protected]). also checked the A/C 2 times on different dates & could not solved the problem. In third visit of Sunny engineer he told that there is a problem in evaporater's choke and required to be replaced from the pocket of customer & put one tape inside the A/C to stop the leakage. Next day there were different sounds came from the A/C.(all the videos recorded are also loaded here with) for ready reference.
      This videos are also forwarded to Mr. Service centre. Shyam visited next morning and took out the tape from the A/C which by put in by him. Next day service center muktsar sent an engineer named Bablu (Mb No. [protected]) he checked the A/C on 8/6/2018 but the problem of sound stills remains.
      On9/6/2018 I contacted Muktsar Centre who told that without replacing of coil /evaporater, A/C cannot be repaired & you should pay Rs.7200.
      In view of forgoing it is evident that engineers of LG Company are not capable of doing repair work/ service work & Harras the customer.

      You see, if this problem was detected /conveyed to the customer in the second visit of engineer gurpreet, this can be easily replaced by the company without any charges in the warranty period but God knows he knowingly not told the problem in A/C to the customer in time or actually he not able to detect the problem. In the 6-8times visit of different engineers they could not solve the leakage of water instead they created a new problem of sound in A/C also. They understand the problem only after the expiry of warranty period and demanding Rs7200 for said repair. Who will be responsible for this Harrasment to the customer for about 45days, the matter required to be investigated. Convey my fault in this matter to me.
      I'm fed up & thinking about to take the help of social media & consumer court in this matter.

          I had placed an order for Golden delight pizza and a garlic bread with dip. I got a message on my number that it will be delivered hot & fresh within 30 min but since it was more than 40 min i called up customer care to track my order wherein he said it has been packed and would be delivered in 10-15 min but unfortunately it came after another half n hour ...it took more than 1 hour for delivery.

          The delivered pizza and bread was not at all hot and fresh, Immediately i called up customer care to inform the same wherein he told me he will arrange a call with the store which i refused because it happens every time the store people call up say next time we will deliver it hot but it doesn't happen. Every time we spent so much on Domino's for pizza but never receive hot and fresh pizza. I have been a customer of Domino's from last 12 yrs, earlier it was good and was delivered hot and fresh but now a days the Marathahalli (Munnekola) location pizza store is pathetic in terms of quality. Frankly speaking now the trust on Domino's is not that what it was earlier.

            My 3.5 years son and I drove into the Highway Plaza Mall in Mathura, UP, India on 31st December's evening. I placed my order at your store within the same mall at 8:17 PM and was told that due to the rush the delivery might take upto 1 hour. I said I was fine with 1 hour. My son and I were still in the mall until 8:50 PM. Just before leaving the mall, I went to the order taker, Yogendra telling him that I didn't receive a text about my order yet. He said that the text messages wouldn't be sent for two days and that my order was already cooked. He asked if I wanted to take away or get it delivered. I said I wanted to get it delivered so that the food remains hot in the specialised delivery box.

            I drove to home in hurry to be sure to reach on time to be able to receive the order as Yogendra said it was already cooked. After reaching home by 9:00 PM, my son and I started waiting for the pizzas. But when we never heard about the order, I tried to get in touch with your store at 9:25 PM via phone but ended up realising that the phone was probably taken off the hook to avoid phone calls. My little son was too hungry, eagerly waiting for the pizzas and not ready to eat anything else. I somehow connected with the store and asked to speak with the original order tracker, Yogendra at 9:39 PM. Yogendra stated that he had already gotten the order out for delivery and that he would track the delivery person and get back to me in 5 minutes. Unfortunately no one ever got back to me as promised. After a few minutes, I restarted trying to connect with your store but again my calls weren't being answered at all. While continuously trying my luck to be able to connect, someone once again attended my call at 10:10 PM. The person on the phone offered no apology or help and gave me a generic answer that the order was delayed due to rush and that it was already on it's way. When I asked him to connect me to Yogendra (the original order taker), he said that he wasn't available in the store. I waited for few minutes with hopes to get the order delivered soon but with no luck this time again. I had to keep trying the phone number once again and was finally able to connect with a manager named Mukesh at 10:25 PM. When the manager went to check on my order, it was actually on the way now. He provided me with a phone number for the delivery person, Yogesh. When I dialled the given phone number, I connected to Yogesh' mother instead. She was half asleep and said that Yogesh wasn't carrying that phone number. Once again I had no other option than to frustrate my fingers keeping trying to connect to your store via phone, which wasn't easily being answered. At 10:38 PM, I received a call from the delivery person, Yogesh finally. I had no other option than to accept the order because my little son was already hungry and had waited for 2.5 hours. The food having lost all it's warmness already, was finally delivered to me at 10:50 PM, cold as if frozen. The delivery person had said that he had left for delivery about 30 minutes before. You must note that Yogendra (the order taker) had told me that the pizzas were ready at 8:50, which means that the the delivery happened about 2 hours after the pizzas were cooked. So it's quite obvious that the product delivered to me would be of no use.

            It was undoubtedly the worst ever service experience and a horrible nightmare I have had with any company ever. The disregard they had for myself is unbelievable and totally UNACCEPTABLE! They offered no apology and could have cared less for my inconvenience. I would prefer Domino's NEVER again.

            I have gotten all my phone calls with your store recorded and I am willing to take a legal action against this nightmare you guys have given to myself and my little son. Please don't call me if the only solution you have is a free supplemental order. I deserve more than just a free order. A free order can't compensate for the unexplainable inconvenience your store has caused me.

                  I would like to bring to your kind attention with a few lines I have criticized by Mr. Bhosale, conductor of the bus bearing Registration No. MH-05-R-1060 while I was traveling today at 06.51.59 bus from Nivasi [MIDC, Dombivli East] to Takurli.

                  When I requested the conductor with a ten rupee note for a ticket for the fare of Rs.6/- he shouted at me and voiced to tender exact fare only. He also threatened me that he will physically throw me out in case I speak more. Please note that his threats were aired within the bus only. I was kept silent as I understood that he never consider our difficulties for getting exact changes.

                  He has threatened me by abusing dire consequences as he says that he does not have any change to give balance.

                  I am putting this on record for your notice/reference and request you to kindly make arrangement for an inspection, so that you will understand personally how the specific conductor is behaving with the bus commuters.

                  I also request you to kindly make arrangement to give proper training to the conductor how best he can behave with KDMT bus commuters.

                  I also request you to kindly take a serious view of this and ensure that, in future, nobody will be harassed by the improper behavior of the bus conductor.

                  Your personal intervention is highly appreciated in this matter.

                    I booked Neeta bus 3tickets from Kolhapur to Mumbai (for 3rd Feb 2019 5pm, lower seats) on 31st Jan from Paytm. On 2nd Feb, around 8 pm, I got a call from Neeta tours and travels, due to some reason the bus in which we booked our tickets got cancelled. That guy informed me about the same and said we will give seats in some other bus of Neeta tours at same time i.e 5 pm but are upper seats. My mom has severe knee pain and she cannot climb up to upper seats and I informed him about the same. Neeta tour representative was mam, Mai kya kar Sakta hu. Ap adjust karo??? He gave me other timing options like 3 pm or 10 pm of the same day, these timings were inconvenient for us. We had no other option so we said yes. All this conversation was on phone call. So today (3rd Feb) we reached Neeta tours office from where we were going to board our bus. We went there to talk to Neeta representative to talk about this situation we are facing due to sudden cancel of the bus in which we booked our tickets. He told me that yesterday the bus met with an accident and he can do nothing about it. He was really RUDE and ARROGANT. He told us that last night we gave you 4 options - upper seats, 3 Pm bus, 10 pm bus and refund. (Well, the representative on call didn't tell me anything about refund. Even we didn't want refund as he had to reach Mumbai asap.) You accepted that upper seats and what's the point now? . First bus was 36 seater (unfortunately met with an accident) and this bus is 30 seater so we can't do anything ( our original seats were in last row - lower). We can't tell other passengers to shift as they already have own seats and they won't adjust. If you already know there are 36 passengers in a bus, why would you guys adjust a bus which has only 30 seats? He said he will see if he can adjust but can't guarantee. I am mainly disappointed with Neeta representative at desk and on phonecall. I agree Neeta tours, it's not your fault if your bus meets an accident but it is not the fault of your passengers too. My mom has knee issue, that's why I wanted to lower seats.
                    Rudely he says to my mom, 2 Sidi toh h, aisi karke Chad jao - there are only 2 steps, it's easy to climb . ( With action he said those words)
                    That was so rude and insulting to my mom. If you don't have knee problems, it's easy for you to climb 1000s of steps. But its not easy for people with knee problem.
                    Neeta tours - please hire educated and sane people for job.

                      I have been complaining again again for street dogs in our society (sector - 15 house no -375 vasundhara ghaziabad up -201012) which had made difficult for us to live in this area. But no action has been taken by the concerened authorities despite various complaints.

                      I am attaching my recent complaint number and compalint copy.

                      I am a resident of 15/375 vasundhara ghaziabad-201012. It is difficult for us to move out as dogs have been roaming everywhere in our society(minimum 6-8 dogs). My near address some people are providing milk to these street dogs. So street dogs are living and roaming. So the Many people and kids have been bitten by them. It is scary all the time to move out.
                      I recently had an accident because dogs started running after bike. So it is very difficult to living at this location.

                      Please make area free from these street dogs as they are doing nothing except biting people and making them scary with their presence.

                        I am reporting a big loop whole and a serious draw back in the functioning of BHIM UPI launched by the Hon’ble PM. I transferred following amount from my SBI SB A/C No.[protected] IFSC:SBIN0009280, Patel Nagar Branch, Hisar ( Haryana) to my daughter MADHU SINGH ICICI SB A/C No.############ IFSC:ICIC0002461, Defence Colony Branch, Hisar (Haryana) as per details given below:-

                        However, the BHIM UPI wrongly credited the above amount to the ICICI Bank SB A/C No.############ IFSC:ICIC0002355, Dwarka Chowk Branch, New Delhi-110059 in the same name of a person Madhu Singh of Delhi. This came to my notice only on[protected] when my daughter informed me that the amount in question Rs.40, 000-00 has not been credited to her account. . I immediately contacted the Branch Manager, SBI Patel Nagar Branch, Hisar and brought the whole issue to his notice. I also submitted a complaint in writing on[protected]. I was told that it may take a week to do the needful. On[protected], I was told that the amount haS been wrongly credited to another person account in the same name Madhu Singh for which matter be taken up direct with BHIM UPI.
                        To my surprise a blunder mistake has been committed by BHIM UPI. They transferred the money by UPI ID “[protected]@upi”. Definitely it is a big loop whole in their system. Amongst the population of about 1.33 millions there may be thousands persons in the same name then how such type of ID only by name can be authenticated and that too for the purpose of transfer of money from one account to another accout. However, ID with Mobile Number or Bank Account Number cannot be duplicate so BHIM UPI should not entertain transfer request without Mobile or Bank Account Numbers ID. Kindly take up the matter with BHIM UPI Authorities to avoid transfer of money with common name UPI ID but only with Mobile or Bank Account numbers only. This may be done without delay.
                        I, therefore, request to kindly take up the matter with the BHIM UPI besides through each others Bank UPI Teams i.e. SBI UPI Team with ICICI Bank UPI Team either to transfer the above said amount back to my account or credit be given to my daughter’s account referred to above. This must be done without loss of any time failing which it will be the personal responsibility of BHIM UPI & SBI, ICICI Bank for any financial loss to me.

                        I also requested the ICICI Bank to kindly keep above amounts under LIEN being a disputed one so that it may not be withdrawn by the person in whose account the amount stand wrongly credited. Any delay in putting LIEN shall be the personal responsibility of ICICI Bank. I am also told that the ICICI Bank has recovered penalty from her A/C No.############ which may please be transferred back as the money in question belongs to me and not that person and the Bank has no right to recover her penalty from my money.

                                FINO was allotted to disburse pension in Haryana to Old Age and several other pension beneficiaries as per Govt records. Earlier the Govt used to disburse trough its own mechanism that was not ful proof. So they want a technology enabled institution like Banks to make it transparent.
                                But Banks are the most reluctant to do small business but had obligation from RBI to do Financial Inclusion. They took the business from the Government of Haryana and outsourced to Business Correspondent like FINO in 21 districts.
                                FINO made haphazard arrangements and just to get quick profits hired people of less competence and deployed them in villages with a salary of Rs 1000 per month. Their top executives who fetched this sum of money for less than an hour of work got the work started and 6 months down the line it was a failure.
                                The team made wrong cards against the name of the beneficiaries with father name age or even in in some case the address was also wrong along with gender. The name of a beneficiary denotes that its a female but the photograph clicked was of a male, and in some case even of Aaishwarya Rai Bachan, Table, Chair or even a buffalo or cow which came in front.
                                The bio metric company which was given the task to perform as it was a technology enabled. Its biometric never worked and people if at all the pension was distributed it was based on sarpanch confirmation or somtimes a chowkidar who could even make false statement. The plea given by FINO was the old age people fingure impression never works and so payments have to be made in manual manner.
                                Then what benefit or change they have made to the earlier system of Sarpanch disbursing the pension.
                                The employees in the filed were the most corrupt as they where getting mere Rs 1000 per month and were given Rs 1 crore to disburse in a month.
                                So they just took the company for a ride and made false payments and put the thumb impression of their own on the sheet provided by the Govt of Haryana known as apr.
                                Employees were caught red handed in some cases and even the payments were made to dead people in some cases against which RTI were lodged but no update.
                                Banks involved in these were ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, UBI, OBC, Corp Bank, Axis Bank.
                                The beneficiaries never received payments on time in some cases never received the pension.
                                The Main accused where Rishi Gupta and Manish Khera the FINO's CFO and CEO, still roaming around and were never cought.
                                Why the Govt in other states not taking a lession and balck list this company.
                                Do they bribe the Govt officials?
                                Why was Dr Khemka not held responsible and was given promotion in Haryana Govt?
                                Why the senior staff and CEO and CFO not put behind bars?
                                What made them escape from such acts?
                                The senior management has full knowledge of the misuse of the Govt money still they didnt took any action.
                                They should have moral respossibility of the same and resign and case against them should be lodged?
                                Are they bribing the Govt staff?

                                  Fund diversion by builders M/s BSHDPL of “Sukhobristi” project at New Town, Kolkata

                                  Sirs,

                                  M/s Bengal Shapoorji Housing Development Pvt. Ltd. (subsidiary of Shapoorji Pallonji Co Ltd) in 2007 had been allotted 150 acres of land at AA-III, New Town, Kolkata by West Bengal Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd for construction of mass housing project. As per agreement with WBHIDCO, M/s BSHDPL was supposed to build around 20, 000 flats in 9 phases. HDFC Bank had entered into tie-up arrangement with M/s BSHDPL for sanction of housing loan to the apartment allotees.

                                  But even after 12 years since start of the project, so far M/s BSHDPL has been able to complete only the first 4 phases and complete handover of apartments to the allotees of first 4 phases only. All kinds of construction works are stalled for over a year now. They have even shifted all kinds of construction equipments from the site. A single visit to the site will reveal the true picture. Now the “Sukhobristi” project has turned into a fraudulent scheme by M/s BSHDPL, who are deceiving gullible public with misleading advertisements of lottery schemes for flat distribution. Actually they are diverting funds of home loan borrowers to overseas bank accounts and tax havens.

                                  Soon this Sapoorji group will be in the news for all the wrong reasons. “Sukhobristi” project and Sapoorji real estate will be added to the list of fraudulent builders like Unitech, DHFL, Amprapali etc. Several court cases have been filed in the consumer forum for delay in handover of apartments. Few of the home loans have already turned “NPA” at other banks. Local officials of M/s BSHDPL like Mr Rajnikant Chaturvedi(@[protected]) and Mr Rana Gupta(@[protected]) are not traceable over last few months. Moreover this M/s BSHDPL have even altered the clauses of the Tripartite Agreement to suit their needs without any knowledge of the bank or borrowers. Registration of sale deed is pending for months, even though M/s BSHDPL has already taken the amounts intended for stamp duty and other registration related expenses. It has been revealed that M/s BSHDPL has not submitted the amounts collected for the purpose to the concerned registration office at Rajarhat, North 24Parganas. Due to all these malpractices SBI has already stopped further disbursement of installments for this project. In these circumstances HDFC bank is also expected to act ethically and not haunt lower and middle-class home loan borrowers for repayment of home loan dues of apartments, whose handover are long overdue, due to no fault of the borrowers.

                                  However HDFC bank is still releasing home loan installments to this builder without any verification of the actual construction work undertaken. In some instances this M/s BSHDPL have even claimed multiple installments in a single month, contrary to the agreed upon terms & conditions of disbursement of installments after verification of floor-wise constructions of the allotted buildings. Now the same unethical practices are being played by the same Shapoorji Pallonji real estate group at its projects at Joyville, Western Heights at Salap, Satragachi, Howrah, WB.

                                  Please initiate measures immediately for physical verification of the construction site and stop release of any further funds till completion of actual handover of apartments of phases whose delivery deadlines are already over. More importantly seek legal recourse against this defaulting builder in case normalcy of the construction process is not restored soon to protect the interests of the bank and its borrowers. Also stop any further housing loan disbursement for the groups similar projects in West Bengal like Joyville, Western Heights at Salap, Satragachi, Howrah.

                                    With a great displeasure, I am compelled to write this communication to My car India. I bought My car Duster on 06th May 2020 from My car India’s Nagpur distributor Unnati Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. having vehicle registration no. MH-40-AC-9562.
                                    Till recently I never had a feeling that I have made a wrong decision by choosing My car over established brands in the segment in India. To break this thought, I had a worst experience with My car Nagpur very recently.
                                    My car developed a flaw in driver side power window which stopped working in third week of May 2017. I called up My car Nagpur service center on 25th May 2017 which was attended by Ms. Pallavi and was told that the concerned spare part to eliminate the flaw was not available with the Service Center and hence don’t send your car to us till we manage to procure the part. The story o[censored]navailability of concerned spare part went on almost for a week. My car was standing for a week with one window open to inhale dust and pollution. The very next week, I noticed that the Air Conditioning System of the car was also not functioning. After at least 10th call to Ms. Pallavi I could get in touch with her to accept my car on 31st May 2017 since it was standing unused for a week. Somehow I got my car entered in the service center by Mr. Rakesh. Here, I was again told the same story o[censored]navailability of power window part which was made available by the evening on a single phone call by Mr. Kulkarni. Now, I was told that car will only be attended to after 2 days owing to the work load. I requested Mr. Rakesh to try readying my vehicle early as already a week is passed and my work is getting affected in the temperature of 46 degree outside. I was given a date of pick-up on my job card as 3rd June 2017. On 2nd June 2017 Mr. Rakesh called me up and said now the AC parts are not available and it is now to take even further time. Mr. Abid also coordinated late on along with Mr. Rakesh but to avail no relief. It took further 8 days to procure that AC part and finally, I got my vehicle back on 10th June 2017.
                                    I have spent nearly Rs.14 Lakh to buy this newly launched product by My car who was trying to enter into India Automobile market and secure market share desperately. I relied upon this French Car Maker over our in-house brands which we were sticking to hitherto. When we spend our hard earned money for such products and a French Car maker behaves this unprofessional, the confidence in the related brands also shakes. This is a major setback to the brand value of My car.
                                    When Mr. Kulkarni arranged power window spare part within hours by just a phone call, why the same was not done when I first contacted in third week of May? If parts were not available, why was my vehicle admitted? A giant organization having its head quarters in World’s Automobile Paradise, could not afford to maintain the basic spare parts for the models they are currently selling? Why can’t the staff at such brands’ service stations be trained to tackle the problems more professionally? Are we paying such a heavy cost just to disappoint ourselves when the vehicle faces some technical flaw and to discourage ourselves from shifting our base from established brands in India than new entrants?
                                    Kindly make a note of all the hardships we have faced during this episode as this is very serious concern from a customer point of view and I am extremely disgruntled over the same.                                       Day 1: Went with all document copies. at window no. 19 (1st floor) didn't accepted my application due to non availability of

                                      original R.C. Book.Didn't listen my request and told me without original we can't proceed.

                                      Day 2 : (43 degree centigrade with heat wave)
                                      - @ Window 19(1st floor) - Went with original RC Book. Surprisingyly today didn't asked for Original RC Book. And taken my

                                      application.
                                      - He sent me to first floor to inward document at "Form vitran vibhag".
                                      - @ "Form vitran vibhag", an elder man said He requires to have signature of PRO he sent me at first floor.Asked that weather

                                      drinking water is available in RTO Vadodara he said don't know.
                                      - @ PRO 1st floor signature taken went back to "Form vitran vibhag" inwarded documents.
                                      - @ window 19, He started proceeding but said needed screening report of vehicle.
                                      - @ window 16 (Mr Pinkesh) - I stood their for half an hour he wasn't at desk.
                                      - @ Windwo 19-Came back with screening report but he said I required to have Stamping.
                                      - @ Stamping window - I stood there for 15 min but he wasn't replying me. when I asked how much time you are going to take. He

                                      replied rudely and said "Aaj na divas ma thai jase".some how angrily he finished my stamping work.
                                      - @ Window 19, came with stamping, and he asked me to pay 200/ Rs as cash window.
                                      - @ Cash window no. 15 (manual) - He said that cash window gets closed at 2.00 pm. I came back at window 19, fellow said I can't

                                      process your request untill 200/- Rs receipt. I said he isn't accepting cash. He said come again tomorrow. at this point I lost my

                                      patience because I really don't wanted to come on 3rd day leaving my job.
                                      - Wen't to Complain Mr patel at No. 15. I explained my problem- he said " I can't help it out, what do you do when Bank gets

                                      closed?'. I replied " But they close after 4.30 pm not at 2 pm.
                                      - Came back at home without Intimation letter. I thought I just have to intimate to RTO which won't take more than 15 minutes.

                                          @MarutiIndia 3 month old car in workshop for now 4 months, could have built a whole new car by now? #poorservice - complaint ID[protected]
I am following up for over 3 months .. a car that is 3 months old has spend nearly 4 months in a Maruti service center waiting repairs and today it was confirmed that they need parts for the air bag. I could see this coming a mile away, i flagged, followed up, requested MARUTI teams hep and nothing is forth coming and the pattern this has taken shows my dad will be lucky to get the car in Dec. I am now worried about the repair quality, the overall cars integrity, the service capability and clearly - what would your reaction be to this after sales service. 
One component is repaired and then a flaw is detected elsewhere, or created? I suspect poor workmanship too now. The customer care center too is a joke now - no escalation, no head to speak to, they promise a call back but cannot commit when that might take place and i get a cryptic mail later saying unable to reach me. How convenient.
Let me share some critical feedback ..
1. Its been over 3 months in the work shop, If you have any SLA, this will surely be in deep red. Customer Satisfaction, your turn around time, communication on this has been nil. 
2. The 'Service' commitment of Maruti in my perspective is abysmally low. 
3. The center where the repairs are taking place - is not capable, not equipped, and not professional. If they cant do the job, move the car elsewhere to another centre that can close this. 
4. 3 months without a vehicle because Maruti is inefficient and unresponsive needs addressing, a spare car should have been given, a compensation has to be provided for loss of service and personal cost on travel, communication, etc. .
5. Every time a piece of work is done a new one is discovered, if we have cycle continuing the car will not reach us for another 3 months or even 6, what is a customers course of action then, follow up, and follow up.. 
6. A decision has to be made if replacing the car is the best option, this may be the right way to go as the confidence in the work done is now very very low and I can see this continuing till I get rid of the car. Why cant the car be replaced? 
7. The car is used by my aged parents, at their age you are denying them a vehicle to move about in comfortably - this is making the investment in Maruti look very foolish. 
8. One critical item thats not even started work on is the 'Air bag' - how long does that take? Isn't there a quality and safety standard for that work to be done satisfactorily.
I am lost on this case and awaiting Maruti's response.
I am expecting Maruti management to look in to this again, and provide a fast and decisive response that will assure, satisfy and rebuild confidence in #MarutiIndia.

                                            On 1st Of Oct 2021, I purchased Renault Duster Petrol RXL variant from Silk board Renault showroom in Bangalore. From very first day, I am having some issues with the vehicle. 
Just after the delivery flag off ceremony (in front of the showroom) vehicle got stopped in first gear and it happened three times. I ignored the issue and thought that since it is brand new car, it may stop and after 5 – 10 KMs, it will be resolved. But to my surprise, in 10 KM distance, vehicle stopped so many times and especially in heavy traffic.
Same issue happened next day as well and vehicle stopped in first gear (slow speed) number of times in just 20 Km drive. I was bit frustrating and reported this to my sales executive. He asked me to bring the vehicle to the showroom and told me that it may be happened because of my driving style. On Monday 4th of Oct, I took my car to showroom and sales executive told me there is no issue with the car it just happened because of my driving style
I was quiet surprised with the response. I am not a new driver and last few years I am driving long distance and owned one more car. He told me that all these happened because first time I am driving Petrol car and I need to learn how to drive a Petrol car (My other car is Diesel). He drove the car just few meters and vehicle got stopped. I noticed this and asked why it happened when he drove. He told me he is also driving Petrol newly and used only Diesel before. 
Even after following the instructions from Renault service center people, I found very difficult to drive the car and noticed few more interesting things
a. Vehicle is stopping in not only first gear but also in reverse as well.
b. When I release cutch (in first gear), vehicle is moving either backward or front depending on the slope of the road.
So I decided to take the vehicle for a long drive to check the performance and these issues and went to Nandhi hills near Bangalore. I cannot forget that day and this car gave me a horrible experience. In low speed (First gear) it stopped multiple times and moving up of the hill was a tedious work. So I informed this Renault Silk board dealer again and he asked me to take the vehicle to service center. 
On 8thof Oct, I went to the showroom and the service person (not sure his name) took my car for a drive and confirmed that all are fine with my car and this issue is happening because of my driving style and repeated same story. 
This time I was not convinced with the response but I left the showroom by receiving their advice by applying accelerator whenever I release clutch in first gear.
Mean time another person also drove (not Renault employee) the car and it stopped multiple times in 5 meter distance. And same issue continued. I reported it again back to the showroom and I have been asked to take the vehicle again to service center.
On 15th I visited the showroom again. This time also same story repeated. So I lost my confidence on your service center people and ask them to sit with me while I drive. The route was free and I never end up in a situation to apply first gear. So I put the car in reverse gear and it stopped. This time service person accepted that there is some problem and he took the car to service center and asked me to wait. After one hour he came and told me. He checked everything and all looks fine and cleared the air filter. And told me that the issue will never happen in future. But the issue still exists and since I was not getting satisfactory response from the dealer, I contacted Renault customer care on 15th and raised a ticket (Complaint ID –[protected]. 
Later I got a call from same Silk board showroom and they asked me to take the vehicle to the showroom on 21st Oct. When I reached the showroom, the technician started saying the same driving style issue. But I asked him to come with me for a drive, took the vehicle to a heavy traffic area and explained with demo and showed all types o[censored]nnatural vehicle behavior. It stopped multiple times and he gave me some instructions for my driving and after applying also it got stopped. Especially in some places in first gear, when I release the clutch gradually, vehicle started rolling to backward / forward depends on road slope. Once I completed my demonstration, I asked him to drive as he was again pointing to my driving. When he started driving the car, he also experienced same issues and finally accepted that vehicle has some issues. 
Below are the observations from my side on the vehicle and shared same with that person
a. Vehicle don’t have expected power (compared to the test drive car) in 2, 3, 4 and 5th gears
b. In 1st and reverse gear vehicle is stopping and this is especially in traffic places (a case where we need to engage first gear a lot)
c. Also we observed that when release the clutch in first gear, instead of moving to the front, vehicle is rolling either front or back according to slope of the road.
d. The advice from Renault technical people was always apply accelerator when release cultch in first gear. But when I move my leg from break to accelerator, in that few seconds, vehicle started moving as mentioned in above point and this advice is not completely acceptable to me. If a vehicle is in first gear, when we release the clutch, vehicle should move forward for sure.
We went back to the showroom and when I raised a complaint with Renault, one Service Person was allocated to address my issue. The technical person who came with me explained the situation to Service Person and I asked him what the next action is? He asked me to bring the vehicle to the showroom on 24th Oct to fix the issue. I asked details about the issue and the nature of solution. He told me that, since I raised the complaint via Renault customer care, they will share the findings with Renault directly and based on Renault instructions, they will fix the issue. Since I went to the showroom on Friday, it will take two working days for them to get a response from Renault and asked me to take the vehicle to service center on 24th Oct (my 5th visit to service center in just 24 days).
After paying 11 Lacs for a brand new car (+ Accessories price), I am not able to take my car to the road and not getting a professional service as well from Renault. Visiting the service center 5 times in 24 days is a pathetic situation. Also think about my mental frustration, time and money I spend on my visits.

On 24th Oct, I gave the car to service center again and I received it back after 5 working days. During my discussion with Renault service center people, they told me that they re-loaded the software and did clutch bleeding. But clutch bleeding is not mentioned in the bill given. I have repeatedly asked both Renault and Service Center to give me a detailed report says what is the issue and what is the solution. After the service, I did a test drive along with their Service people and seen a good improvement in first gear. But seen issue in reverse gear. So I informed them that, I WILL USE THE CAR FOR A WEEK AND LET THEM KNOW HOW CAR BEHAVES FOR PREVIOUSLY REPORTED ISSUES and sent an email to communicate same on 28th Oct 2021.
a. Looks like there is a good improvement in first gear (80 – 90% is resolved). But still first gear performance is not up to the mark
b. No improvement in reverse gear issue (same as before)
c. Some new issues also found after last service 
Now I requested them to give me a new car which does not have any Manufacturing defects with compensation. I am waiting for their response.
Before booking the car, I had a discussion with Reno sales executive and we discussed the power of Diesel RXL (85 PS) and Petrol RXL and I have been told by him that Petrol is having more power than Diesel. Also he arranged a Petrol RXL for test drive and I did it in both diesel (85PS) and Petrol (104 PS) variants and experienced Petrol engine magnificent power. It was exactly similar to what their Sales rep mentioned. So I decided to go for Petrol Duster. 
But I cannot see similar power in my car and when I talk to three of your service people in different days in above mentioned visits, all three told me that in Duster, Diesel 85ps is powerful than petrol variant. Unfortunately, I am not able to recollect their names. Also one person told me Petrol variant is only 85 PS where as your booklet and advertisements says it is 104 PS. That gives me an impression that, either you are publishing wrong info in advertisements or your technical people does not know basic info about the car. If it is the second case how can I trust your people in future?
Since I received different info on vehicle power from sales person and service team members, I thought of checking it directly with Renault to clarify it, I contacted them today (on 23rd Oct) and the person who picked the phone (his name was Ashish) told me that he can invite someone from the dealer. I declined that I told him that I already heard what dealer’s service team is saying and now I want to get it clarified directly from Renault. To my surprise he told me that this kind of information Renault is unable to provide and it can share only by dealer’s service team. And he was repeating the same. It is a pathetic situation. The people, who make the car, designed it, developed engine is not able to provide such information and they need help from dealer’s service team to provide it. Too bad, now I doubt the technology of Renault and its capability to provide support to customers. 
Also their technical team (service team) is incapable to find the root cause and they are trying fool the customers by simply saying “you don’t know how to drive car”.
Poor Quality Accessories - Defective Extra accessories provided for high cost. I ordered reverse camera with sensors and the LCD screen which was fixed showed unnatural behavior and hence Renault has replaced it with a new one. Now the new one is also defective. This proves that after charging Rs. 8500/- Renault cheated me with poor quality product.
So please don’t buy Renault cars. Their customer service is worst and they are simply cheating Indian customers. If I am not going to get a satisfactory response on or before the given date, I am going to take legal action against both Renault and Trident Motors, Silk board Bangalore for cheating me and for deficiency in service.

                                              Sub:- Street Light Power Problem in respect of Vidyashankar Layout, Mysore – Reg.

                                              It is to be brought the notice that, during the year[protected] the VIDYASHANKAR LAYOUT, at Mysore was developed by Sri Vidyashankara Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd., Mysore and handed over all relating details/documents to MUDA Office. Further, during the year 2018 the VIDYASHANKAR LAYOUT, Mysore was taken over charge from MUDA Office to Mysore City Corporation, Mysore. The VIDYASHANKAR LAYOUT Property Tax was collated by MCC and paid by the layout persons.

                                              2. In this regard, once VIDYASHANKAR LAYOUT handed over to MUDA Office and MUDA was accepted, the all responsibility taken by MUDA and also MUDA Office handed over to Mysore City Corporation, Mysore, now the all responsibility taken by MCC.

                                              3. Now, the CESCOM, Mysore has been from 2002 to so far the Street Light Bill payment is due and hence, they have not Switched On the Street Light. Further, they have Switched On the Street Light for two months and again Switched Off the Street Light, like that they have playing Street Light game. Over telephonically discussed with CESCOM, JE on 08.03.2021 they have informed the Bill payment is due.

                                              4. The Street Light Bill payment of arrears is due/pending, the CESCOM, Mysore, may be taken legal action against the (1) Sri Vidyashankara Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd., Mysore. (2) MUDA and (3) MMC. As per Law, issue the notice to the defaulters and may be size the Bank Amount and attachment Property and recover Street Light pending arrears. But, the CESCOM, Mysore, has not done anything, they have give problem to the layout persons and general public’s.

                                              5. Once, publics were paid the Property Tax to the Govt. then they have eligible for all facilities viz., Electricity, Water, Drainage and Road. The Govt. was collected the all Taxes from citizens for the purpose of development of nation and it is covered above Services.

                                              6. Hence, it is requested to you, the legal action may please be taken against CESCOM, Mysore, for not given Street Light Power from 2002 to so far to VIDYASHANKAR LAYOUT, Mysore, and may be regularised the Street Light Power in the above layout please.

                                                I was a loyal customer of Central Mall since 10 years, but what happened yesterday completely changed my outlook towards this brand. I received an offer message which stated get 600 flat off on purchase of 4999 and
                                                Due to some issues i could only managed to go on Wednesday to exchange that dress.
                                                i have only tried 1 time that dress to show it to my Family.
                                                But with my surprised they denied to exchange that dress saying that i am coming to exchange that dress after occasional wearing of it. just because that dress was stinking from the lower underarm section according to Them.
                                                they were continuously repeating that things to me as if i am some kind of fraud,
                                                Even after Knowing Ahmedabad summer has 45' temperature it may have happen to summer sweat.

                                                I am Central's regular costumer, i have Participated in each schemes, sale and offers of central.
                                                still they behave like as if i am some kind of fraud.
                                                Not only they didn't Exchanged my stuff but also they Literally insulted me.

                                                HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with this Customer Representative and Exchange Policy of central.

                                                No More central Customer from now.Rs.2000 cash back, after shopping for an hour when the Cashier billed the amount it came around 6200, but the cashier was not able to redeem my voucher, and I was told that there is some technical error which shall be correct soon, after an hour the same problem aroused he mean while kept calling his store manager and asked for the solution, the store manager told him to keep trying, by that time it was almost two hour I was standing (despite of the fact that I had some physical issues), I must appreciate the amount of effort the cashier made he tried his best to resolve my problem when he couldn't he called the store manager and the manager told him to tell the customer that this offer is valid only in fresh stocks and disconnected the call, when I personally had a word with the store manager he was very rude and irresponsible and was not sorry at all for his behaviour, when I told him that if that is the reason than your staff and specially you should have told me earlier andExchange and returns department is simply pathetic in Ahmedabad central. They don't How to talk with the customer.

                                                I Simply bought one Cover story dress worth Rs 4K around on Sunday only.
                                                After that i was not able to go with that dress further as the other family members were not insisting me to go with it due to some personal reasons. your staffs must have been aware about the offers which is being circulated and to bring into your notice no such terms and condition was mentioned in the message, I spent almost 2 hours standing in the queue with my mother who is a senior citizen and waiting for my bill, this is not at all expectable what is the solution for it ???"I CANNOT HELP IT OUT MY SYSTEM IS NOT TAKING THE OFFER AND NOW THE OFFER IS VALID ONLY IN FRESH STOCK (i had 4 article out of which 2 was in offer)THIS IS THE MESSAGE YOU RECEIVED FROM FUTURE GROUP NOT FROM US AND THATS NOT OUR FAULT.                                                 I bought kids clothes, men shoes and various other things for almost more than 12 k from seasons mall (Central) Pune. We purchased everything post confirmation from the staff if size varies it can be exchanged, as due to Covid trials were not allowed. Staff confirmed the same.
                                                Some clothes of my 3 years young son were varies in size hence we visited the central showroom with original bills. Even in the same Brant further size were not available hence we bought different brand kids clothes.
                                                On the counter it has been denied for exchange, the counter lady again checked with the floor manager Rakesh Yadav. We also denied. I told her that we confirmed from the staff while purchasing the same and they were agreed.
                                                When floor manager come he argued in a very unprofessional manner and abused us. It was very unpleasant response to customer. After hot discussions he checked with the relevant staff and shown his agreement in a very unpleasant manner and went away with smile.
                                                Such behaviour gives us a mental shock and embarrassing feelings.
                                                We want harsh actions to be taken on the floor manager on his unprofessional manner.
                                                How can a store manager be so irresponsible and so rude my question was if that was the case than he would have told me earlier, and the message should have some terms and conditions mentioned. when so many calls were made to him???it was a complete mental and physical harassment of the customer such kind of behaviour is not expected from such a reputed brand. Looking forward for the clearification.

                                                    We have bought LG semi automatic washing machine in October 2019 and the machine is still under warranty. But to start with the experience is horrifying as we are totally fed up with this since the very beginning. Initially there was lot of noise issue in the wash tub and it was there from very beginning and continued for almost 1 year and solved to certain extent after so many technical engineer visited our house and wasted so much of our time. Parallelly there was issue of dirt coming in the the wash tub every now and then and for this we have been raising the requests since last July 2020 till now but no engineer has been able to solve it permanently. I guess till now more than 20 technical engineers must have visited our home for solving the issue of dirt in washing tub but they solve it temporarily and it comes back again after every 15 days. We also use LG washing cleaning powder for almost 100 times but no permanent help on this. Even we have raised current request for which engineer called me few days back but i guess their whole team in Patna has come to the fact that they cannot resolve this as even they tried taking this machine to the workshop but no luck. Current request number is- RNP############

                                                    Is this the way LG going to win customers in long run. This kind of bad product definitely forces me to bring up in the social media platforms so that everyone is aware of the same. Can someone from the LG team can tell me if this machine can be replaced or LG just made us a fool by selling a faulty product.

                                                    I tried escalating this to LG's CEO complaint forum but was not able to submit the request as it gave the error- 'Invalid Query' so i assume some software person has blocked the application submission button so that it does not reaches the CEO platform.

                                                      There are so many issues in this scheme; the reason customers get cheated by builder is he will lie with customers about all the amenities and literally cheats the customers. Please go though the below points before putting your hand earned money in trouble and also if you don't want any mental harassment:

                                                      Check whether the property tax is paid and the property is NIL since still there are lot of cases people took there possession in 2009 and getting the property tax due for 2008 with commercial rates

                                                      Builder is not maintaining the common amenities and claiming that he is maintaining the same where phase I society is maintaining all common amenities and spending INR 2 lakhs p.a

                                                      The scheme is completed in 2007 still sale deed is not been made
                                                      Check whether the property is in good condition since there are n number of cases of seapage (Water Leakage) and builder is not fixing the issues in both Phase I and phase II

                                                      Check whether all common work is completed and there is no pending work

                                                      Check about common parking since builder is selling all common parking even if it is legally not allowed

                                                      Check on the maintenance part since builder is selling the flats and taking the maintenance from the customers and not paying the same to the society

                                                      Still there is a disputes with phase II members; they have took the possession since one year builder is restricting them to get involved with Phase I Society and pressurizing them to form for a new society where all the amenities will be common and sharing

                                                      Worst construction quality and worst plumbing job

                                                      Worst Intercom facilities where customers paid INR 3750 as a donation to the builder

                                                      Builder is not professional and will not fulfill any commitment he gave you

                                                      So beware from these jokers; still if you wish to enjoy your life for nothing and wish to loose all your investments you are WELCOME to Pune’s worst scheme.
