Sir I got call on 10th July, 2015 informing me that my resume is shortlisted for L&T technologies limited. First I paid rs 2500 as registration fee, then on 12th I paid another 9000 as training security, after I paid these amount they asked for another 10, 000 which i didn't paid. Now I have requested them for refund which they are not doing. Sir I have attached the receipts of both the amount I paid. Both are seeking $100 million in compensation for punitive damages from Larsen & Toubro and its New Jersey-based subsidiary L&T Infotech. In a 27-page amended complaint filed in the US District Court in New Jersey, Ms Pai has made detailed allegations that L&T made “false statements to the US government” for getting H1-B visas for its employees in and around 2008 and made her a “scapegoat” when the “substantive shortcomings and documentary discrepancies” were revealed in an audit. When reached for comment, L&T Infotech in Mumbai declined to comment on the matter as it is sub-judice. Ms Pai alleged that her signatures were forged in some documents, which would have made her look responsible for the “massive immigration fraud.” Ms Pai said the company misrepresented to the US government in its visa applications, the wages it paid to its employees and did not follow the rules when filing documentation for green card for its workers. “Ms Pai was increasingly concerned and distressed at the immigration fraud which appeared to be rampant in the workplace, ” the complaint said, adding that she was “advised to stay silent” when she raised the issue of the immigration fraud and the subsequent “massive cover-up operation” with her employers. The company is also blamed for "circumventing the H1-B visa quotas under federal law by applying for and obtaining business visas based on false representations to the US government, " the lawsuit claimed. L&T's immigration processing department was in India and was responsible for all of the visa application preparation, Pai said. She further alleged that the company "increased" her workload substantially when she informed them about her pregnancy, telling her to "quit her employment with L&T Infotech if she wanted to be a mother" whenever she complained to them. She claimed her health had deteriorated significantly during her pregnancy because of the workload. Pai's employment was eventually terminated in 2010. In her lawsuit, Shanbhag had alleged that L&T Infotech discriminated against its female employees on the basis of sex with respect to job assignment, compensation and created a "hostile and abusive climate" for them. Shanbhag had sought $20 million in damages from L&T Infotech, which she said "discriminated against her and other employees on grounds of sex and pregnancy". The lawsuit also claims that Shanbhag, Pai and other women employees were "repeatedly subjected to an unrelenting barrage of sexual harassment and were witness to sexist criticism of other women employees" from L&T Infotech's managers. In one instance, Shanbhag's immediate supervisor had told her she was replacing "a dreadful woman who did not know how to dress". Ms Pai alleged the company falsified applicants' experience while applying for extension of the H1-B visas in order to avoid payment of higher wages, provided false job descriptions in the H1-B applications to the US government, submitted false information in applications for L1-B work visas and gave incorrect job description of its employees in connection with their green card applications. The company is also blamed for “circumventing the H1-B visa quotas under federal law by applying for and obtaining business visas based on false representations to the US government, ” the lawsuit claimed

i came across a consultant guy. He offered a L&T junior engineer post in haryana, as there was a new plant opening over there with IOCL. the guy took the money and gave the fake offer letter., we were paid 1 month salary by just simply sitting at room, with fake payroll slips. after that when we contacted him he started post poning the joining day. please dont trust him. i[censored] need details contact [protected]

I'm daily commuting from kaggadaspura to whitefield. It is really a big trouble just to reach HAL main road. The auto prices are too high and there is no other means of commutation.The situation worsens during night time and rains, auto drivers charges almost 3times (they donot follow meter charges). Its really a pain.Please do try to arrange some mini bus services for this route it'll really help many people commuting via that route.

I trusted L&T brand name and good in infrastructure booked my flat in 2006. On the sale deed it was written entire complex is gated with 34 acres of land/ play area and alll that.Now they have given up all the play area and main road cutting across the apartment to BBMP and BDA. Their co-developer with the political background trying to muscle with money and political power . He wants to open up the aparment complex for his business activiist. They are still selling High end flats at a lucrative prices . There is no security and it is free for all.
Residents association is fighting it in courts about this fraudulent stand of L&T. But on 9th June 2011, L&T got the BBMP, BDA and Police into South city compound and razed down the compound walls and threw open the main road and park to the public use. When asked the officials didn't even provide any order from government or courts to do so. This is day light cheating by L&T. L&T is saying that the apartment owners were aware of relinquishing of 12 acres of land when they were buying it.
I wont recommend anyone L&T . Fellow consumers please beware.
L&T has no corporate ethics and using thugs/political power/ State machinary and no less than any mean developer

I was told that L&T South city is a gated community and the whole park and main road belongs to the use of south city residents only by the marketing guys in L&T. Even in my sale deed it is written that the whole of South city (around 34 acres of land) belongs to the south city residents. I bought an apartment in 2003 not even thinking twice since L&T is the builder. Come 2007,2008 when most of the apartments are sold, L&T says 12 acres of the park area and main road are actually given to BDA for public use. I am staying in Bangalore monthly twice i will go to my native Salem.From Bangalore to Salem we are haveing 4 toll gates.(Attiballe,Krishnagiri,Thoppur,Omalur).We are having problem in Thoppur and Omalur toll gates.
Thoppur toll gate maintained by L&T. For car last yeat they collected 46 rupees now suddenly they increased 20 rupees.We asked about the hike the said as per their contract yearly once they are increasing.But in krishnagri tollgate more than 2 year they are collecting 25 rupees for car.If it's going like this after 10 year i don't know how much they will increase :).
Next thing omalur tollgate. From omalur to salem distance not more than 20 km for this distance they are collectiong around 55 rupees for car. Last week we enquired they said they are collecting the amout upto namakkal. If i don't want to go to namakkal why i have to pay more money.in tamil one word is their PAGAL KOLLAI that is going on.Is it possible please take a necessry steps.

I was using Corporate Plan of yours since 2 years. On 9 september, 2008 I have changed my plan from Airtel Gallery, DOMBIEALI(E), according to the suggestion of the Executive there, which was 200 minutes free, 50 paise per call, 75 rental, Rs.15 Charge for this plan.
But this scheme wasnot activated to my no. and the bill i am getting is also not showing such scheme, but, I got Rs. 75 Rental for 6 months and no other benefits of that scheme and after that it was changed to Rs. 150 rental without my notice.Moreover, I also lost my Corporate scheme because of the suggestion of your Airtel Executive at DOMBIVALI(E) gallery. Now this Gallery is also closed from last 7 monyhs.
Because of such discrepancies in the bill, I havenot paid bills for last couple of months. So, I want to settle this bill and also to activate some latest Plan of my choice. Do let me know about all these details as soon as possible on my mobile...No.-[protected]

On 8th October 2008, I was awaiting for BEST bus no.37 at Kurla station.I enquired at the control room at Kurla station, the controller who was on duty told me that you catch this bus no.37 which was totally full of crowd.so I asked for the timing of the next bus.The Controller was so rude that he told me & some of the passengers that, Jana hai to Jao & refused to tell about the next bus timing.His behaiver was so rude to me & some of the lady passengers so I asked for the complaint book.He told me that -"koi bhi mera ukhad nahi sakta''.so I logged the complaint in the log book.I am wondering that BEST is offering somany services to attract the passengers but due to such kind of persons thy are loosin the faith of the passengers.Somebody from top authority should take care of this otherwise it will be very difficult to survive for BEST in comming future.Request you to look into this matter to put such type of controller straight.
