Don't go to this company if you have a family or social life or you want to build a career.
There is no time management. My husband gives 12 hours everyday to this office. Company ceo's treats his office as his home. You will see his kids are sitting in the conference room with him during his meetings.
We receive pay after 10 days every month. I understand pvt company keeps 5-7 days salary but why 10 days??
The company owners are so egoistic and those who cannot satisfy their ego's will get fired. Big shame on such people

I reported kolkata office on 20th june 2016, got one week training at kolkata office for system admin profile. I did not get appointment letter and was told it will be given at ranchi location (Springdales). I reported at ranchi location on 27th june but never got any appointment letter.. After few days was given responsibility of entering data into fedena software, which is an account job not of system admin. After two months i was suddenly called by hr and told we do not need your services as you were unable to meet our expectation.
I wonder, is this how a limited company functions, you need all documents from the candidate but you are not willing to provide the appointment letter or full and final letter. You make us sign a two year contract but you remove employees without even giving a single day notice. You hire an employee for system admin profile and make him work as accountant.
I am sorry to say that this type of treatment can be expected from a shop but not by a limited company.
Are you people not playing with the future of people by hiring them on trial basis that also on wrong profile.
