This is kindly inform to all the citizen around world that there is a man name vikas kuntal from bhopal, madhya pradesh, india he is running a fraud marriage bureau the bride or groom he present before any client are his own rented fraud people after getting money from the client which may upto rupees 10 lakh and after 5 to 10 days of marriage the bride or groom that he showed to client ran away or vanished by giving sleeping pills or medicine...
