Please Help Nigerians and African.
RE: CALL FOR HELP ON THE FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES AGAINST MAXTRA TECHNOLOGIES PVT LIMITED IN AFRICA, NIGERIA PRECISELY.
We want to use this medium to communicate to all concerned authorities on the ongoing fraudulent activities perpetrated by Maxtra Technologies PVT Limited, an India based IT company located atsecond floor, Aristos Tower, B-71, D Block, Sector 73, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301,...

We entered into a contract with Maxtra technologies Pvt. Ltd. fin February 2021 for deliverables of MLM Software for:
- Web
- Android App
- Ios App.

The timelines for the deliverables (Including Publishing the software into the playstore and ios apple store) were as follows:

Website : 25 days
Android & ios App : 80 days from date of making the advance payment.
There were certain processes laid out in the agreement, majority of them were not followed.

Company delayed the delivery to the tune of as follows:
Website(Web Application): delayed by 7 months.(Delivered in September 2021)
Android App: delayed by 11 months (Delivered on 26th March 2022)
ios App: Not published yet onto ios Store.

The company delayed the delivery of all the above. Apple ios app, their team inspite of providing the information did not bother to reply back or promptly answer to my queries via skype or whatsapp or emails on the same.

Finally, when I warned to proceed legally, they agreed for a phone call in which they unlawfully stating everything is delivered and signed off and that i need to sign for support devices to get any work done.

Signoff has been provided only for the Web application.

Requesting for:
- Publishing the ios app to the Apple playstore immediately.
- Compensate for the unreasonable delay due to which my business plan got affected badly. The project which was expected to go live by June 2021 has not gone live yet due to the above delays in delivery.
