I have ordered "EK Quantum Velocity² - CPU Water Block - For Intel Core i9/i7/i5/i3 Processor (LGA1700 Socket) D-RGB - Nickel + Satin Titanium" from mdcomputer.in on 24/12/2022 and received the product on 26/12/2022.

When I opened the package I can see one screw kind of detached from the backplate. After close examination I could find that one screw was broken (which I mentioned as detached) and another one's water block sided screw was broken and embedded inside the block which means 2 out of 4 screws of mounting block are broken inside the water block sockets. Rest of the parts are unremarkable (Box, water block, mount, etc have no scratches)

In no time, I contacted mdcomputers.in support team and asked for resolution. after two days of email chats they gave a message saying "Dear Sir,
Please be informed that physically damaged products are not eligible for any return or replacement.
Though we can return the unit on our end. But a final resolution on replacement or refund can be confirmed upon the Brands decision and if the brand rejects the unit due to physically damaged condition. We will return the same damaged unit to you.

Which pisses me off as we pay full amount, an amount higher than https://www.ekwb.com/ including shipping charge just by expecting:
1) Faster delivery
2) Customer care
3) Fast resolution

As of now no resolution from their side and hence placing the complaint here. May take legal support for this injustice to consumers.

    pc parts

    I bought all the pc parts from md computers on 20th december 2018.

    But, withing 3 days, my monitor benq xl2546 started to show some malfunction, and in a month it went dead.

    I had to waited for 28 days for a replacement.

    Then after some months, my motherboard started showing some error. And on
    10th september 2019, it went dead.

    Now i took all the pc components for a free check up...

    Dear sir/mam
    I ordered a product (Western digital blue 2 tb hard disk) on 3rd october 2018 (Order id: #109855). I received product on 5th oct, 2018 via fedex courier and the tracking id is[protected]. On the same day after checking product i realized that the product (Western digital 2tb blue hard disk) is faulty. I immediately raised return request on their website on 5th oct, 2018. I called them on 6th oct, 2018 at 11am. They first made me talk to their technician and then they said to send the product back to them for replacement. They said that new product will be delivered to me within 10 days. They arranged product pickup via shadowfax reverse courier (Awb no# r19026579kr) on 9th october2018.
    Since then i have been calling to them about replacement or refund and they are telling they will not do anything till they get the product. Product that i received was faulty when it arrived and thus i should get refund or replacement as i shipped them the defective one so it's not my concern of reaching the faulty product to destination. Even today i called them. They don't answer to call properly. They simply says it will take 10-15 more days for replacement as product is still in courier transit. On insisting more they simply says that they will contact the courier company and call back but never calls.

    As the product arrived faulty from their side. As per their policy if reported/informed to them within 48hours they either return with brand new product or refund the amount paid.

    Please help me to either get new replacement or refund and that too within acceptable time limit.

    I would be very thankful for this. Hoping for quick resolution of this complaint.
