We had lodged two claims for hospitalization charges of my sister, but it is rejected only on ground that, she is thallesemia patient. It is reality that only regular tablet is provided to her in hospital but not admitted for thalesmia and no treatment of thalesemia is provided to her. We had also submitted certificate of doctor, clarifying that she is not admitted for thalesemia, also filled grievance, but no reply till date.
