claim was declined through submitted required documents

Claim #98041214 was declined though i have submitted required documents. There was no proper response from customer service also no reply on email to customer service. This claim is pending since more than 3 weeks. Denial reason is mentioned as "dental case summary of treatment done detailing dates of dental visits and treatment done on those dates". I have submitted the required documents as per denial reason but still haven't got any response from customer service.

additional medical coverage

My member id: 5136731 in medi assidt card
By mistake i have enrolled 2 additional member coverage in medibuddy, while doing the yearly medical enrollment update.
Around rs50, 000 amount has been deducted from my account. After calling several time to the medibuddy helpdesk, i am got getting any resolution to discard these 2 additional enrollment and refund my money back. I raised and complaint [inc[protected]] where i got the response as:

Dear associate,
We regret to inform you that once payment is made the portal will be freezed and there in no options
To make changes in the portal and there will not be any refund provided.

I want to change my mother name in medibuddy insurance company because earlier my mother name was mrs usha devi but later her name was changed with aadhar card mrs usha anand.
