Mis behaving with students, especially with womens

Date of Incident : 02/04/2015 I went to the driving school to learn and get my four wheeler license. I paid him an amount of Rs. 2500. After that he made my learning license which he never gave me and above that his office is shutdwon since then and he never picks up the call. His phone number is [protected]

My Wife has enrolled to get the training from this driving school (because it was told that they have lady instructor for Lady learners) Owner Ahmed told that the cost for learning the driving is 4000 including license. We went to Kormangal RTO office and applied for Learner's Licence. I gave 1600 to them at that time. After 1 week Ahmed told he got the learning license and will send the person next day. The instructor came for first day and its male instructor, then I called Ahmed, he told that he don't have lady instructor. I thought anywyas I have given the money let we learn form the male instructor. But this guy did not come after that. When I called the Owner Ahmed (he picked the call after 10-12 attempts), he told that your house is little far so he cannot come and I had to come to his office for training. I told you know that where I stay then why you did not tell me at that time but he did not respond and disconnected the call And now after that he is not picking my calls and when I try from another number he picked and every time told that I am in meeting and will call you back.
