This Drivekool is a Worst driving institute in Bangalore. I booked for Brezza Training with 5500/_. No Negotiation they did that is acceptable as they are providing 10days(10Hrs) training.

Trainer Hussain, From Day 1 to Day 9 every day came late for pickup by 15min & again early drop before 5min. Never ever came on time never crossed 1min also from the 1hour training time. In the mid of 40min training time, some time stopped the vehicle for a tea break or toilet if nothing then intentionally took to the bumper-to-bumper traffic jam route & wasted time over their more than 10min also no action.

Trainer Hussain also not a good trainer. Trainer not allowed to me to drive in 3rd gear, even after 9th class also. Everyday in 2nd gear. Training Scheduler Janardhan blocked my number when informed him about this problem.

When I inform this to institute on [protected] (Drivekoo Institute Number) they told they will provide extra class for that but later on 10th class they simply denied & disconnected my call. When asked to change the trainer, they simply denied. They are scheduling the time based on their convenience and also absent the class without any intimation. I will never ever recommend this to anyone. Batter you try for other driving institutes in Bangalore, if nothing go with Maruti Driving School who are providing far better quality training. Don't go with this you will waste your money & time.

Nobody will listen to you & if you complain more then they will simply block the call. NO REFUND though it is their fault.

TILL PAYMENT THEY WILL RUN BEHIND YOU TO JOIN THEIR INSTITUTE & ONCE YOU PAY THEN YOU HAVE TO RUN BEHIND THEM. IF YOU STILL WANT TO JOIN THAT IS UPTO YOU. MY RESPONSIBILITY TO INFORM EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD INSTITUTE.

Hi, they take upfront money.. took 5500 for 2 services.. after 100s of follow up and months of time they completed one service. Now they won’t refund or provide application number for the application, won’t respond to calls, pings, or mails.. I have no driving license because of their service.. old license was taken for backlog and new license is just stuck.

Don't even think of taking their service, they are #cheaters and won't respond to your #calls after taking money I had to visit their office for more than 4 times for updates, still they couldn't get the work done for me. If you raise your voice for refund. They have the audacity to manhandle and say we cannot refund and say do whatever you can do. #Unprofessional staff and the owner too. I took their service for 2 wheeler license and paid 3K. After a week, I received a call after me following-up and the staff asked 6K for the same service. I immediately said I don't need your service please refund. The staf[censored]sed a #foul language for this. After a week I followed up for refund again, then one of the staff said we'll do it for 3k itself. Nothing happened for a week, I wrote an email, messaged asking for refund and called there was no response on the refund. A week become 3weeks and still no response, then I visited the center asking for refund.
I didn't leave the place till I got my refund.

Earlier We paid 7500/- to Drivekool to get the DL for my son. Finally, when we got the text message to come and collect the DL and went to collect, receptionist demanded additional 1000/- for getting the driving slot on urgent basis next day.
When we asked to show us the receipt manager started behaving rudly and demanded me to show the receipt of payment first then only to give the DL.
After showing record of Paytm payment. He started asking Drivekool receipt of bill, which I need to search.
Now my son's I'd is held by them, demanding Drivekool receipt. Later he said he did not receive the DL itself.
Need your help to collect my son's I'd.

13th November, 2021 I booked the drivekool for the first time for 10 classes and To make complete DL and LL. But this guys never responded to my phn calls and updates my status on DL or LL. When all my classes are for the first time over and I still didn’t get any confirmation about my license then I had been forced to take another 10 days classes with full payment in the month of February, 2022. But this time they still took their time...

I started a 10 day 2 wheeler driving class with the Marathalli / BEML branch.
After a slot is booked and money is taken, then you have to call every day to request the presence of the instructor.

The instructor Mr. Janardhan does not show up for the class, give excuses that the vehicle is in repair/maintenance. Even if he shows up they are always late. When questioned about why he is late, he will refuse to take classes.

The entire company operates this way. There will not be any response from the helpline or email support...I really do not know how such companies are still doing business in this day and age. And forget about getting a refund, they just don't even bother...

My advice to anyone who reads this...stay clear of this company...you will have a much better experience with a local company...as i did after suffering through this

I have booked a online service for road tax payment for bangalore location. A service amount of rs 1534 and a demand draft amounting to rs 10100 was collected for the same in drivekool ofiice at hsr layout. It has been more than 60 days excluding the covid lockdown duration and still no resolution have been provided.

I have occurred a loss of rs 11634 in this fraud.

Worst driving school ever. Took 4k from me and i had to beg for each class still they didn't finish it in 5 months. Also driver used to ask extra money named joseph and baswa. You can't call them as they are not reachable always. Even on mail you wouldn't get reply. You enrolled means your money is gone for sure. They are so irresponsible that they would keep on asking you to come back and keep on delegating to others in case you were able to anyone on reception.

I have paid 1770/- for my bike transfer of rc on my name on 27th nov 2018. I did not get a response and the guy who collected all my original documents left the company. I tried contacting him in person and i do not get any response and he is very careless on the issue. This is in beml layout drivecool branch. The management is least bothered about the issue. I do not have any rc to my vehicle now.

I booked my driving class with drivekool marthalli bangalore online. Paid for too end car in offer (Renault scala). I had to pay online upfront and called their office to schedule my classes.
Just after receiving money they started ignoring my calls. Hey didn’t send car for classes for first 5 days. On 6th day they sent a car below the segment i booked for.
Since then they started making other excuses like tire puncture, instructor is not well etc to not to continue the class. Upon calling their numbers it appears that they have blocked my number, and no one is responding. They are simply cheating all the customers, wasting customers time and money.

Worst service ever.. I had booked the service for hypothecation removal for my two wheeler. I got a call from drivekool after 10 days asking me to submit original documents. I agreed and waited for them again but no one turned up from drivekool. I followed up many times and then they said we cannot pick your documents, instead you have to come to our office located in itpl (Too far feom my place).

If had time to go to their office, i could get it done by myself.

Finally, the guy called sudheer from drivekool said that he will initiate the refund. I was very disappointed. Still i didn't get my money back. Will have to wait and follow-up again.

I strongly suggest not to waste your time and money. You better go to rto and get it done.

I have registered for car driving class with license 'sri lakshmi venkateshwara motor driving training school ', as i paid the feel to drivekool, that driving school denied giving training classes to me. Then i have complained to drivekool on the same and finally after a month they started training classes. They took 2 months to complete 10 classes.

I have appeared for license test on apr 6, 2017, but till now i didnt get my license in my hand. I have called drivekool for several times also sent email regarding this, but there is no response from drivekool.

Worst customer service from drivekool as well as the driving school (Sri lakshmi venkateshwara motor driving training school)

we applied for driving license through drivekool.
we have written exam for LLR for two wheeler on septmber 3rd 2016. It has been 3 weeks still we didn't receive our LLR. when we are making calls they are not responding. some times even they pick the call, they are saying they will look and will intimate. But not giving proper response.

Please find attached the receipt for my booking which i made in may. i had joined drivekool for training with license which costed me 4000 rupees (3000 for classes (10 hrs) and 1000 for driving license). when i got pissed off with the school and decided to get my refund as there was no chance of getting dl, drivekool starting making excuses about the refund amount. first of all, one of your person told me that i was provided training in swift which costs 350 per hr and hence i would be refunded accordingly. i had received only 7.5 out of 10 hrs of training and received neither driving nor learners license. when, i told that per day class cost was 300, he agreed for refund of 750 (2.5 hrs classes) and 500 (license refund) making it 1250. but, i got refund of only 850.
When i contacted him again, he started telling that i didnt take the service which they were ready to provide at 10 am and told that he have no proof that i wanted evening classes.
So, please find attached the proof of the class timings which drivekool had send.

Then he told that a 10% deduction would be made in the refund amount which in mentioned in terms and hence my 400 inr was deducted. let me know you guys that there are wo problems in your policy.
1. if 10% is deducted on the refund amount, then my refund amount was 1250 for which 10% means 125 making refund amount as 1125 and you still owe me another inr 275 (after 850 refund).

2. your condition mentions 400 as the administrative charges. so, the overall cost comes to 3600 for learning +license. since, license comes to inr 1000, it makes 2600 for 10 hrs of classes.
This makes 650 for 2.5 hrs of classes. hence, total refund amount comes to 650+500 (refund for license)= 1150 which means that you still owe me inr 300.

So, in either of two cases you owe me some money.
Please look into my matter and make the necessary refund arrangement soon and for god sake, stop fooling and harrassing your customers.

They are conducting very bad interview.First they called for face to face interview that is ok but they conduct system test on whole day.I have almost finished the task given by them but they treat all freshers are not eligible for working.They said if they have requirements means we call you back.I am really frustrated.please friends don't go there. They should not take fresher.
