i visited ur branch with my mother janki devi, whose pension ac is wth ur branch for submit live certificate on 1.11.2008.i had complete live certificate form with ppo.i approach mr rajnarayan tiwary, who was dealing that time pension.i given him complete form with ppo.he asked for passbook.that time i had not passbook bcoz there was no mension on form that passbook is must.on form was quated that ppo is must so i had ppo.however...
