misbehaviour — Employee Asish of croma Chandkheda

I am a retired defence officer and had purchased a micro oven from croma Chandkheda and had given my old Panasonic in exchange for which I was given a discount of₹250. . Today morning at 1000 am, almost after good one week I get a call from Mr Ashish asking me whether I had handed over the exchange item while taking delivery of the new micro oven or not. I told him to please investigate the matter in detail before troubling me with his belated queries. There were two executives handling the purchase and the gaurd at the door checking and making entries of every item being moved in and out.It were your team who removed the old micro oven from my car to your store and also placed the new micro oven in my car. So it is quite astonishing to note that still they need to ring up the customer to verify the details. Speaks volumes of the staffs inefficiency and casual attitude while transacting buisness. The employee Mr Asish when told by me that after so much checking he is still insisting on knowing details from me then checking matter at his end, replied rudely "What's the problem with you " and words to that effect, when I warned him to desist from such language he in a indignant way said "Mera naam Asish hai jis ko report karna ho Karo." I don't understand how such employees gain entry into your prestigious company and lower the image of TATA's. Can I expect that suitable disciplinary action is taken by the Company to impose caution on erring employees who are disrespectful to customers . Also the showroom need to pull up it's staff for such like fiasco. Follow up action intiated may please be intimated to me . Thanks
