MOBILE PREPAID RECHARGE Complaints & Reviews

I did a prepaid mobile recharge for Rs.100 on[protected] via my HDBC Bank account *8389 debit card (REF =[protected]. Money got deducted, however, RECHARGE was not DONE.

Please rectify and refund the amount...

Top-Up Charged Rs.324.00, Talktime Received Rs.223.25
Difference between charged amount & talktime = Rs.100.75
