On 8th of March 2023 I was on my way to work. I travel by bike. I was in a hurry. I needed a shoe polish and so on the way I found a grocery store called “More Supermarket” in Pachalam Kochi Kerala. As I entered the supermarket I asked the staff whether they have black shoe polish they gave me instructions as to where it is and another staff called me “Robber”. After I removed my helmet she called me a robber. Please check the CCTV cameras.. I told her this is not the way to speak to a customer..she said sorry for what she had told.. I left the place.. I will not visit your store anytime in my life. See we are from a very reputed family and we don’t expect such bad behaviour from you guys.. such a disgusting behaviour

    I notice that the product and bill prices are not the same and will often need to be cross-checked, it's the third time in 6 months in the same branch, and how many customers will spend time cross-checking the bill with the product and they indirectly lose money because of their technical/process or people flaws.

    Even after multiple warnings in the store, it looks like the right process is not in place.
    Yes, I too faced the same today at West Tambaram-Mudichur Road Branch. I bought Dawaat basmati rice where it's mrp on cover was rs185. but the bill shows it as 220

      More Supermarket (Kattappana..Idukki district-Kerala) haven’t sufficient stock in spices like chilly, coriander etc. or even packet of sugar or tea.
      In many times we are not getting many of the items in our list

        Out-Dated eggs

        I have taken a tray of eggs which was packed nicely. But after going home and breaking an egg shell to cook I observed that all eggs got spoiled. Even for some eggs there are cracks as well which cannot be used for boiling....

        Online order Order ID 213628. Madipakkam More Supermarket. I placed for groceries order. In that we ordered for groundnut burfi 10 packets. But received Plain groundnut 10 packets, when asked about it. They are saying that I have ordered only that. I ordered for it because the photo was showing only groundnut burfi. I have to wait till tomorrow to know whether they will take back the order. Really bad experience.

        Sir I have already written email to the below mentioned email, but didn't receive any response. Please help.

        I have not received any response from your end till now. A complete waste of purchase groceries from more supermarket. Worst customer service.

          On 08.05.2021 I had purchased a few things from More Supermarket, Shyamnagar, North 24 Parganas, PIN 743127. I have opted for home delivery. Time was around 10.30 a.m, but even after 4 hrs those items remained undelivered. I called several times the store manager but he said "you have to wait we don't have that time to argue with you on delivery matters. You will get that by midnight." what an unprofessionalism on their part! Why should we customers be on the suffering side?

            As i am billing i got a message about the special precautions that the store is taking but unfortunately it was just a marketing gimmick. No special care was taken, added people were standing in queue very close to each other without maintaining the required distance. When i informed this in the counter, there were no reactions. No sanitizer either for sale or for use (Hand rub) were available. The staff are extremely unprofessional. I requested them to give my stuffs in my car and they said they cannot do that as new policy but surprisingly, when i am loading my stuff on my own i see a staff taking stuffs to another customer's car. This is the store from where i get my monthly provisions and visit at least about 3/4 times a month.

            More worrisome, essential stuffs like rice, dal, sanitary napkins were not available.

              Yesterday i and my father went to more store near v nagenahalli, the staff are irresponsible and playing with ball. My father is senior citizen both are waiting for an hour to bill. We asked what a problem, in rude they asking wait what for you.
              In my experience I never seen this kind of attitude n uncare staff in any store. I think this can see only in more store.the management is not taking care.
              Kindly with my request take care of customer.

                But when I check the Phone pe transaction status, the amount was debited.

                The manager was too Rood to me I was just taking about product which is honey it was a buy one get one free he looked to me angryly and told we will give you the product tommoro because I used the weighting machine This was happened 1 month before. They are cheaters

                  I bought 3kg loose sona masuri rice from more supermarket at moti nagar 2 days ago and they charged 46 rs. Per kg. While cooking the rice its become more weaight and hard aswell. When i press the cooked rice its stretching.

                  I got a pain sice two days after having a lunch. I am not sure about it but i requst you sir please test the quality in store
                  Showing 80rupees of Dark Fantasy and making bill of 99rupees.
                  I have proof of this. Such types of things down the status of your more supermarket.
                  Take some quick action on it, otherwise give me this product in free of cost because of your misguidence.

                    I made a purchase from more supermarket padur chennai (603103) on 19th june 2017. But the product was not in good condition for sale.
                    When we checked with the cashier he asked to talk with the store manager.
                    But the store manager was not willing to listen. Like we asked something for free.
                    Worst experience ever had.
                    The store manager was keep on going by showing his face.
                    I am also working in one retail store i know how a staff should behave to customers especially a store manager.

                    I just want to know in what criteria you are promoting like these fellows as store manager.
                    Few days back I went to buy 5kg of wheat and in weighing machine it showed 5kg so I paid d bill and came back home so today I went to make powder of it dat tym it showed Oly 2kg so were did the 3kg go den???

                      Manager Denny for this mistake about double scanning the product and say it's not store inventory.
                      Exchange not given.

                      Worse customer service I think customer is not important.

                        I have been to More supermarket at Pimple Saudagar, Pune twice, and both times, I have had bad experiences at the store.

                        First time I went to the store, the fruit-vegetable biller guy was extremely rude to me and ordered me to get fruits and vegetables in bags instead of getting them loose. He spoke me as if he was scolding a beggar. There were not many of them, and in many stores, they do it when we get the items loose. But I still went back and got them in bags, but at the last moment, I also added a few oranges which were just in my reach, but I was in the queue for billing, and the bags were not nearby, hence I got them loose. This time the guy yelled again in high voice - "I had told you to get everything in packs. Can't you understand if I tell you once?". He said the entire thing in marathi, and I'm not very good with marathi. I was quite offended and walked out of the store without buying anything.

                        Although I had decided never to go back to the store again, since this is the only supermarket in the area, I went there again yesterday, after about 3 months. Everything was fine this time. I had bought several items and the total bill was Rs. 358. I came home and put all the items in place. Next day I found that 2 items - lemons and sapota were missing in the carry bag. I do not have the bill right now, but I clearly remember I had seen them while billing. It's not a big deal to have missed some lemons and sapota, and I have no patience to go back and fight at the store. All I am trying to do is to bring to people's notice that such things are happening, and one must be careful at supermarkets like these.

                        It is very unfortunate that reputed stores such More have such low quality services and becoming increasingly untrustable.

                          your female security guard was very rude to me at the entrance .she started touching things inside my bag with the possible intention to steal when i was looking the other way and when i objected she started shouting at me and calling me names and lying .even your manager did not stop her so i was forced to leave.this was a very bad behaviour .i will never go to more supermarket again in my life.

                            It was closing time of the shop. So I was returning back when the manager told "OK u can shop but make it fast". I was carrying my belongings with me but the security told to keep it outside in the rack. I told him to be careful. After shopping I forgot to take my belongings. As soon as I remembered I came back running but saw the shop was already closed and my belonging was not in the rack kept outside. I thought they must have kept it inside. Next day morning only I went to enquire about that. They searched it and couldn't find it.
                            I m just asking if they are not allowing to take our things inside then they should take the responsibility to return it back. There is no TOKen system also. If we are trusting them by keeping our costly personal belongings outside then they should also take care of the things kept outside. If my belonging would be about 100-200 /- I wouldn't bother about it and I would never go back to question them. Now they are blaming me only. This is not right. They are not even ready to return the amount.
                            I want a solution for this.

                              I have been into more supermarket Pragathinagar, Kukatpally. In Pragathinagar shopowners do not supplly cary bags (Panchayat rule). So I was carrying a vacant carrybag for packing the goods after billing. But the security just won't allow it. Also the way they speak is not supportive and I felt humiliated. And logically I do not see anything wrong in carrying a vacant carrybag inside the shop..

                              In pragathinagar super market the offers shown with labels are not valid for the product price it seems, they are only for fooling the customers.

                              they are sticking the label with offer price and billing with original price, if we dint check the bill then the customer is fooled and need to pay without offer price . if we check and ask the people in super market they are saying that the labels are not applicable while billing. the price system billed is the final. the manager is not at all available to get the actual information.

                                I visited the "More " store at DK Road Ameerpet Hyderabad. The address of the store is

                                The store had an offer for Disinfectant S Ral 550 ml with 50% discount i.e. offer price was Rs 27.50 instaed of the marked price Rs 55/-. This was clearly labelled. The store person said the product was out of stock and the offer could be extended to the product with marked price Rs 45/-. This was reconfirmed at the billing cunter as well befor purchase.

                                When the actual billing was done instaed of 50 % reduction on marked price to Rs 22.50, the offer price was Rs 36/- and the billing was done for Rs 36/-. When I asked the store person, he wwas veryunfriendly, arrognat and did not behave well. He also used to take it the product back and offer the price back. The language he used was impolite and harsh. Unable to bear the insult, I had to leave the store.

                                The store people go scott free for saying one thing and doing another especially with respect to price of items and the customers end up paying the extra amount

                                This type of behaviour is seen comonly at MORE STORES...n i recommend the company to plz close dn such outlets or do change the complete staff asap..as this only leads to bad name..same incident happend wd me at more outlets, located at SHYAMNAGAR ROAD, Opp. Diamond City north kolkata-55...because the staff did nt had the change for Rs. 100 it was shameful on their part...n the way they bahaved gives cousomer the first impression to move to a consumer court..on asking for the company's customer care no. they simply refused n said we do nt keep such no. ...not only this they even did nt provide the store manager's no. ..n beahved in a ridiculous manner...request the concerned to take sever actions on such incidents...its really to hear such incidents from the customers nw n then...
                                I HAVE PURCHASE ONE 1.25 LT THUMPS UP FROM THE MORE STORE AT BULL TEMPLE ROAD BANGALORE THEY HAVE BILLED ME FOR 33/- WHERE AS IT WAS 21/- SHOWN AT THE THUMPS UP COUNTER THEN THEY CHECKED AT THE COUNTER AND TAKEN MY THUMPS UP BOTTLE AND BILL WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE DECKS THERE THEY RAISED CREDIT NOTE FOR DIFF. 12/- AND PAID ME THE DIFFERENCE 12/- RUPEES BUT NOT GIVEN THE THUMPS UP BOTTLE. EVEN I FORGOT TO ASK THE BOTTLE BACK AND CAME OUT. ONCE I REACHED MY PLACE AND CHECKED THE BILL I REMEMBERED THE THUMPS UP BOTTLE IS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTER.

                                WE WENT BACK AND ASKED THE THUMPS UP BOTTLE THE NONSENSE FELLOW THERE SAID IT'S NOT POSSIBLE TO GIVE ANY THING TO LEFT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR MISTAKE.

                                THE WHO WAS THERE AT THE COUNTER AS TAKEN THAT THUMPS UP BOTTLE TO HIS HOUSE.

                                A horrible experience in this shop, Ashok Nagar, Chennai Near Bus stop, Udhayam theater . The attendees was one who was billing and the 2nd man was putting inside a bag. The 2nd man was acting strange for some time. It was late night and the shop was almost empty. Once I came out with things and showed the bill to the watchman, watchman said he wants to check my hand bag since he didn't check it while going inside. It was bit irritating since I was getting late for home. But i gave my hand bag to him . and the 2nd man who was keeping everything in my bag while billing, came out and started checking the product bag again. While billing all my products there was a item whose Bar code was not generating, so they got another similar product and gave me. But the 2nd person kept 2 Item [1 with barcode generating item and another without barcode generating ] in my bag, I was busy in talking with my friend so didn't notice. In outside while checking he found 2 item while only 1 item has been billed. Now what I am trying to convey here is, this was a planned harassment trap to me by the 2nd person . But the reason is unknown.
                                Because 1. while he found 2 item, he immediately said there are 2 items taken in 1 bill entry, while the bill was in my hand that time. without checking with and seeing the bill entries how he con-firmly said that immediately.
                                2. Then I said that you only kept inside the bag, so you are the responsible person for this. He replied I didn't keep any item. again he was questioning me when did I kept these things? which is a white lie.
                                3. I often come in this store but the watchman never checks my hand bag. same yesterday too he didn't check while entering . But the way he was checking it was not just checking, he was removing all my things from my handbag. Unless he was very sure he will find something in my bag nobody will search like this. and again the watchman lied that he called me while entering but I didn't listen and went inside without handbag checking. I was very disappointed and upset from the incident and right now also. I know it was done intentionally by the 2nd man who was keeping everything inside my bag but I seriously don't understand what happiness he got out of this, I don't even know him . I know I am in a hell India, where nothing happens without money or political power and profit. But normal citizen like me can convey via this way. I appreciate if from More management proper inquiry is taken. and of course, until that this shop will be a snake cave for me.

                                  It was all about a trash bag which I bought from more. At home the bag did not fit specifications. I went to a nighboring store and got the requisite size. I went to the more shop and asked for a refund. He saw my bag and asked me to write my details such as phone address etc. I refused. Why should I give my address to unscruplous shopkeepers? He thought, without asking me that it was an exchange making no effort to listen to me that I bought the item from another shop, when clearly I had the bills of both shops, where the items including the garbage bag was bought and the only item the other garbage bag was purchased owing to it not meeting the requirements. It is non of his business to know where items are bought. He does not even have an idea of the items kept in his shop. It is his job to ensure that he knows what he is selling and the kind of items kept. He refused to refund the item and tried to make other customers waiting at the till jumpy. After much arguement he did refund the 50 rupess[after making a fuss on no change and asking me to purchase something in place of the 50 rupees]. He refused to give me the bill.

                                  Bag It Today — Rude behaviour

                                  One day i got a call on my mobile from Bag it today, saying that jewels worth 66000/= will be given free cost and along with that one mobile will also given. She informed that, to avail both these i need to pay 18000/- towards taxes and packing and courier charges. On hearing this, i replied that, i am not interested in this offer. As soon i rejected their offer, that lady called me a "stupid".

                                  This kind of behaviour is not acceptable

                                  More Stores — Non delivery of items and Very rude behaviour

                                  I ordered a list of items amounting Rs. 1000 at 9AM on phone to the nearby "More stores" i.e., Thoraipakkam,Chennai.
                                  The store manager told me that the order will be delivered within 1 hr. Then I called the store at 3 PM for follow-up as the order was still not delivered. They told me the delivery boy has started and the order will reach in 30 minutes.
                                  But that 30 mins never came and I called them up again at 7PM. Then the store boy is asking me to repeat my order.

                                  I got impatient, but still repeated the order again as it was my fast day and it was important form to get my items delivered. The store boy assured me that the order will get delivered by 1 hr. But again, it wasn't delivered and I called the store boy and asked them regarding the status at 9PM, then he replied me very rudely saying that the store is closed now and your order will be delivered tomorrow. I asked them why I was made to wait 12 hrs for a home delivery and again being asked to wait for another 12hrs, then he didnt even bother to answer me and dropped the call.

                                  I felt like some joke is going on. Is this the kind of treatment we can expect from such a supermarket? If home delivery was not possible, then they could tell me that clearly, then I could arrange some other alternative rather than waiting for 12 hrs for the delivery?

                                  Is this how a customer should be treated ?

                                  From that day onwards, I have stopped ordering from More stores and happily ordering from another store which charges me extra but on time and stands to commitment
                                  Please friends do not buy any mobile phones Esp "BLACK BERRY" coz the authorized service center will refuse to repair it.

                                  And told me to contact the person from where I purchased the hand set. When I told them that i had purchased it through online, the they asked me to contact the company from where I purchased the hand set. i.e Bag It Today

                                  And as we all know that Bag It Today never resolve any issues after delivering the products.

                                  I HAVE PURCHASE ONE 1.25 LT THUMPS UP FROM THE MORE STORE AT BULL TEMPLE ROAD BANGALORE THEY HAVE BILLED ME FOR 33/- WHERE AS IT WAS 21/- SHOWN AT THE THUMPS UP COUNTER THEN THEY CHECKED AT THE COUNTER AND TAKEN MY THUMPS UP BOTTLE AND BILL WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE DECKS THERE THEY RAISED CREDIT NOTE FOR DIFF. 12/- AND PAID ME THE DIFFERENCE 12/- RUPEES BUT NOT GIVEN THE THUMPS UP BOTTLE. EVEN I FORGOT TO ASK THE BOTTLE BACK AND CAME OUT. ONCE I REACHED MY PLACE AND CHECKED THE BILL I REMEMBERED THE THUMPS UP BOTTLE IS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTER.

                                  WE WENT BACK AND ASKED THE THUMPS UP BOTTLE THE NONSENSE FELLOW THERE SAID IT'S NOT POSSIBLE TO GIVE ANY THING TO LEFT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR MISTAKE.

                                  THE WHO WAS THERE AT THE COUNTER AS TAKEN THAT THUMPS UP BOTTLE TO HIS HOUSE.

                                  yesterday by mistake i carried one cadburys silk chocolate which i purchased earlier at a shop near my house, your people suspected me of shop lifting and frisked me this they have done without checking either through the bar scanner or watching the cc tv footage.is it not their responsibility to checkup whether it is really from their shop by simply searching their stock inventories before accusing me
                                  without checking any of this they have insulted me by frisking me in the presence of male staff when i protested and asked them to verify my chocolate with their inventories they have not verified but publicly accussed me in the customers presence, the manager was the most aggressive and he was very impolite practically accusing me without checking his shop stock.yapral is a small place and we are known to many people it was very humiliating that i was being a lady frisked in the presence of male staff members and the male staff were looking at me without leaving the room. i have already lodged a complaint and so far your helpdesk people are saying that they have forwarded the complaint to the area manager. i have not heard anything from him so far, is it the way you treat the lady customers in your shops

                                  A horrible experience in this shop, Ashok Nagar, Chennai Near Bus stop, Udhayam theater . The attendees was one who was billing and the 2nd man was putting inside a bag. The 2nd man was acting strange for some time. It was late night and the shop was almost empty. Once I came out with things and showed the bill to the watchman, watchman said he wants to check my hand bag since he didn't check it while going inside. It was bit irritating since I was getting late for home. But i gave my hand bag to him . and the 2nd man who was keeping everything in my bag while billing, came out and started checking the product bag again. While billing all my products there was a item whose Bar code was not generating, so they got another similar product and gave me. But the 2nd person kept 2 Item [1 with barcode generating item and another without barcode generating ] in my bag, I was busy in talking with my friend so didn't notice. In outside while checking he found 2 item while only 1 item has been billed. Now what I am trying to convey here is, this was a planned harassment to me by the 2nd person . But the reason is unknown.
                                  Because 1. while he found 2 item, he immediately said there are 2 items taken in 1 bill entry, while the bill was in my hand that time. without checking with and seeing the bill entries how he con-firmly said that immediately.
                                  2. Then I said that you only kept inside the bag, so you are the responsible person for this. He replied I didn't keep any item. again he was questioning me when did I kept these things? which is a white lie.
                                  3. I often come in this store but the watchman never checks my hand bag. same yesterday too he didn't check while entering . But the way he was checking it was not just checking, he was removing all my things from my handbag. Unless he was very sure he will find something in my bag nobody will search like this. and again the watchman lied that he called me while entering but I didn't listen and went inside without handbag checking. I was very disappointed and upset from the incident and right now also. I know it was done intentionally by the 2nd man who was keeping everything inside my bag but I seriously don't understand what happiness he got out of this, I don't even know him . I know I am in a hell India, where nothing happens without money or political power and profit. But normal citizen like me can convey via this way. I appreciate if from More management proper inquiry is taken. and of course, until that this shop will be a snake cave for me.

It seem to be unsuitable for consumption. i went to this Manager MR. GOVIND RAJ to explain the situation, just to help him understand the situation and ask him to consider the issue. He refused to accept and asked me to check with product manufacturer if I claim to be true. Rupees 75 is not a big issue here but the way a customer gets treated is to be pondered.

                                  We are regularly visiting More supermarket so much so on a daily basis. Yes the behaviour of the supervisor is found wanting many times. Today we purchased some items along with ORAnge FRUIT. weight 0.764 gms. Rate Rs.33/- per kg. MRP in sticker Rs.24 and some paisa. BILLED amount Rs.78 and some paisa. We came home checked and had to go back to ask the supervisor. THe supervisor accepted that it was mistake on the part of the counter person who punched manually. At first he refused to pay the difference and requesting us to buy something else. ON insistence and demanding with force he paid the balance amount and kept the bill with him. He refused to give the bill so that I cannot complain to More supermarket website also.                                   I am Krishnan, I have gone to More Supermarket which is in Kottur, Ponniamman Koil Street, Chennai. I went on last Saturday (27-Jun-2015). I have seen the Almonds packet but not purchased and kept the packet in the same shelf. After I gave my other purchased products for billing, the supervisor of More Supermarket has came and enquired me about the Almonds packet. I have told him that I have kept the packet in the same shelf but he was not ready to believe me and kept on asking to give back the packet to him. I was totally embarrassed and told him many times that I have not taken the packet. In the meantime, one more customer came to bill section for billing his purchased products. Luckily that missed Almonds packet was with him and he gave it for billing. After seeing this that stupid Supervisor understood the situation and simply said sorry.

                                  I request the higher authority of More Supermarket to take the action immediately against that Supervisor. The details are given below.

I too called their Regional office today, the some one who claims to be very busy person in their Regional office, Chennai, talked with me like a GOONDA . just for calling him again when he disconnected my first call. HOPE HE WAS A REGIONAL MANAGER.
                                  VERY SHAMEFUL
                                  I regret to say that the customer service of More Supermarket at kalathipady kottayam is not upto the mark. The staff are not at all welcoming & there is too much delay in billing. I prefer to purchase at More because it is very close to my residence but I am really not at all happy with the service provided. Kindly do the needful to train your staff & improve the services to the customers.

                                    Today (16th October 2008) bought a half liter Mother's Dairy milk pocket at MORE formerly called TRINETHRA, Chanda Nager, Hyderabad - 500050. My wife did not check the packaging dates at the shop. She was pour the milk for boiling and could see that the milk was not good and we checked the date of packing, we were really shocked. The milk was packed on 28th and dispatched on 29th September 2008 which was nearly 18 days old. It is rediculous, since milk is mostly consumed by childerns, just imagine the condition i[censored]nknowingly this milk is given to any child. I went back to the store, checked the remaining milk packets and I could see that another 2 packets which were 16 days old. I complianted to the Store manager and written a complaint in ther feedback book. My advise for the consumers, we always should check the expiry dates and for store employees, Please check and maintain properly, It will affect your store good will and also the brand of the product.

                                    Delivery is not good o[censored]r stores. day before yesterday i was purchased goods from ur stores but the good not yet delivered so far card No. [protected] and i was regular customer to ur stores i am from hyderabad and i was purchased goods from ur stores at Himayatnagar Branch, Hyderabad. Every month i am purchasing worth of above 2000 rupees please provide us sufficient service
                                    I had the same experience yesterday with More's DK Road, Ameerpet store. I purchased stuff at 5PM on Sunday which were not delivered until Monday 2PM inspite of multiple reminders. I am searching online to see if they have any website to lodge a complaint but they don't have any official website either.
                                    I bought a Inalsa water heater in Aug2008, in More P&T Colony outlet in dilsukhnager at Rs. 250.
                                    n that product inalsa given 2 years warranty. but it give up the functionality in dec 3rd week of 2008.
                                    I went to the store and given the heater for servicing. they told me that they would send it to the co. servicing center. this was done 2 weeks ago. after that i am keep on following up them by going to there personally. but they are saying it was not came back from serv. center.
                                    Normally water heater costs Rs 120 outside. but these guys charged 250. if we ask the same, what they r saying is they are only selling the genuine products.

                                    Is their genuinity to sell the sub standard products?
                                    Iam regular visitor and customer of your retail store based at P & T colony, Hyderabad, in the recent times i am observing that most of the store shelves filled with substand products with the brand name
                                    of more and other non-profle vendor products.
                                    i.e., Grains & Pulses, Tea & Coffee Powder, Atta ( Wheat) and Sugar etc all the products are sub-standard with the name of More brand, its not nothing but you are killing your brand name..

                                    Regarding the price also your costing is very high compare to other small stores with the better quality,
                                    espciallly Grains & Pulses.
                                    When your Purchase Department is in process of procuring the materail in bulk, pricing should be less
                                    compare to others..

                                    other domestic products like toiletries, mosquito repellants all are below the minimum standards..
                                    If this continues like this you are not only loosing the customers and space in the market your brand name too... ( More and Adithya Birla Group).

                                    Am from Kodambakkam, Chennai. Rewards points is not getting updated in the system for the past 3 months. Even the employees donno about the status of the points earned. I am losing the points for the purchases made...
                                    I am a vendor for more supermarkets...but believe they have harrassed me to the core when it comes to payments. My payments are pending from more than 6 months. Neither the manager, the senior manager and finance dept is helping me... I know this is consumer complaint site but i would never like to work or even step in their stores.

                                    Ther are pathetic when it comes to dealing with vendors.

                                    Everytym they give us false commitments.

                                    They do not revert on calls, msgs, mails even though sent everday.

                                    How pathetic and useless they are.
