I had undergone a root canal and a cap treatment done around 6 months back, but the cap has come out 4 times in this span, apparently the previous doctor is on leave and the new attending doctor says that I need to get a new cap made, all after paying 17500 for the entire treatment, now they are saying that they will need to do a cap replacement and without a warranty card I will have to pay again, I fail to understand what are...

Annabelle the customer service assistant in lawton, ok is unprofessional and rude. I came in to make a payment and she informed me i was behind in my payments. After a few discussions she proceeded to count on her fingers the months that was a supposed to be behind. Not only was she loud it was embarrassing. After i left anna, the manager called and informed me i was not behind and my bill was actually paid in full and i was ahead.

I have paid Rs 6500.00 as advance payment for dental treatment. Now I'm not in a position to pay remaining amount and take up the treatment as I lost my job I don't have enough money to pay.
I've been requesting for refund since last two months, but there is no response from My Dentist doctors and head office employees.
