Delay in Delivery of Gas cylinder
It's been 1 week I hv booked Gas cylinder and till now we haven't received.. Pathetic service by Namrata Gas Agency, Kukatpally.. Request you to kindly understand the situation of the customers and act accordingly...I think 1 week is long time to complete the delivery process.

gas connection

We have transferred our indane gas connection from sampally, erragadda, to namratha gas agency on 13.1.2018. On that day we have submitted xerox copies of all the necessary documents like adhaar, electricity bill for address proof, customer's gas book given by sampally.
I have booked for gas cylinder on 26.2.2018 and the cash memo was generated on 1.3.2018.
But on 8.3.2018 we were asked to submit a copy of adhaar, though we submitted it on 13.1.2018. We submitted it again. On 13.3.2018 we were asked to sumit copies of all the documents again. We did on the same day. We were assured that we will get the cylinder on 14.3.2018 (Today). But not delivered.
Finally, what we found is that the consumer's address is written as jagadgiri gutta, whereas our address is different. That means, the cylinder that we booked seems to have been given to somebody else.
Today (15.3.2018) cylinder is delivered, but declined to give us receipt. When we asked the delivery boy, he said that he was asked to deliver the cylinder only and was not given receipt. When we went and asked in the agency, at first the person there (Who demanded adhaar for second time) was reluctant to change the address. But when i insisted, he wrote our address, but kept the pin code of jagadgiri gutta (Probably thinking that we don't notice). We insisted that the correct pin code be added. He kept on saying that pin code is not important. Only after we insisted, he changed it on the receipt. But the address on the main document remains as jagadgiri gutta!
It looks that the person intentionally wrote jagadgiri gutta, probably to sell our cylinder on black!
I see a pattern of carelessness, arrogance and cheating in the service to customers. We are not the only customers who are being treated like this. When we were there, a lady customer came and shouted at them for such service.
Is there someone who looks after such complaints? We can not make rounds to the agency. The behaviour of those employees show that they are habituated to such conduct and to providing such service.
