Respected sir/ madam,
We are suffering with a mentally ill patient staying opposite to our house. He is very violent and beats his parents everyday with belts, sticks, rods, stones, etc that are at his disposal. Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am Lavanya from Old Bowenpally, Secunderabad. We have been having the problem of stray dogs since a very long time. Even personally I faced a lot of escapes from the dogs in our quarters. They become aggressive suddenly even without any agitation and this is causing inconvenience to all the people in our quarters. I did not know where to complaint, so I am posting a complaint here hoping for a faster action...
