Not sure why it's getting displayed like this Current Status - Repudiated - awaiting insurer concurrence, even though I've provided all hospital and payment related documents.

My name is Vignesh and I had a policy taken for my senior citizen mom and the policy has been active last 3 years and was due to renewal on Dec 2024 and I had reached out to them for renewal and upgrade of policy and had a payment made for 184000 through my credit card for which I have been paying my EMI and interest. These guys issued a wrong policy and made me cancel the same and said my refund would be issued shortly...

I given resignation in nivabupa as a agent. my pan number:ERHPM2101Q AND agency code was NBHSUR01175733 . i have to join new insurance company as a employee but my my my pan with s still showing on irda lookup portal. please remove it as soon as possible...
