Non payment of salary settlements, no hike, bad transport facility, not safe in night shifts. Managers are very worst. No care hr department. No quality projects.

I was resigned my ntt data job as 40 days before. Final settlement was not properly received. Manager was not pick my phone call. Hr department was not considered in this case. Coimbatore location totally waste....

In all 23 my years of working I have never encountered a total disregard for a person who needed help especially when they were wrongfully terminated. I don't think you understand the dire financial situation I am in or you really don't care. I have been waiting over a month to get this rectified and now that I have escalated it, it still is not rectified. Do you understand I cannot pay my bills? You are the head of human resources and just as unresponsive as everyone else. I hope someday somebody makes you feel the way your organization made me feel. I find it truly disheartening when the head of human resources lacks the compassion and respect for a human being who desperately needs help. Congratulation for make me feel worse than I already do. While your at home with your family this weekend, you can think about how someone else is struggling relying on their family just to survive. I hope your proud of that.

Meghan, I was hoping you can assist in this unfortunate incident that occurred with TD BANK. My recruiter was Charles White, who could not be more professional and courteous. However, my manager at TD bank wrongfully terminated me for a well known disability after being in two unfortunate and bad car accidents. After asking for a reasonable accommodation for working from home in which was at my neurologist request, I was told that a condition of working from home would be to produce more work. In this case it would be website reviews. After explaining I could meet my original expectations, I could not guarantee more since I was physically and mentally disabled after being in a second car accident just days before the request. I was told he would sleep on it and was terminated the next day. I have since learned from my car insurance personal injury contact that he was told I was terminated due to performance issues. There was not a reason given but since it came they day after requesting reasonable accommodationI pretty much assumed that was the reason. I do have an attorney retained and I am filing an EEOC compliant tomorrow. I was only with Td for a little over a month which I assume is why they denied my unemployment. If there is anything you can do to assist pertaining to the below, I would really appreciate it especially since I have no income or medical benefits. If you cannot, perhaps you can tell me who can. If NTT DATA HR India is not addressing an issue go to the NTT DATA web site (http://americas.nttdata.com/). Click on Contact Us. Click contact Form. As topic select Other. Give details of your complaint. People from the US will investigate the case. It may take sometime but they will resolve the issue. From the US side of the Company they are serious about putting an end to some of the unfair practices in India....

Yesterday I went to the Income Tax Department in Bangalore. I showed my documents. They were very helpful and gave me the contact numbers of the concerned Tax officials to contact. They told me that the Income Tax Department would intervene on my behalf against NTT DATA.
