Worst customer service.
Every staff in this spa has a vested interest and is more interested in internal politics and extracting money from the customer.
The cleanliness is awful, the sub staff is ill trained.
A very very bad and disgusting experience.
Not ready to return money and not ready to give customer good & professional customer service....
