However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

I have been defrauded by the company

I was searching work from home jobs and this company reached out to me and they made me sign their agreement where i have to fill 10000 captcha out of which 9000 has to be correct and submitted in time otherwise they will charge me 5000 every month. Now i want to cancel it then also they are charging 5000rs wheras nothing as such regarding the cancellation is mentioned therein. I'm afraid they will scam me badly. Please help...

Hlo today i received a call from a girl khushbu khan then she told me about to work from home by just filling 10000 captcha in a week and then she asked my aadhar card and i provided her and then she sends me some agreement file and she said i[censored] did't filled 9000 captcha in 12 days you have to pay 5000 rupees and provided me link of site, id, password and when i login in that site.
I got nothing like task or work and there was a message...
