PF withdraw transfer not working

Hi team,
I had worked with below 2 companies during 2003 and 2004, location is Seeps, MIDC Andheri, Maharashtra
Below are their PF number, I am unable to raise online PF transfer request,

Hi ,
Previously i had worked with M/S Onward Eservices Ltd, Mumbai
I had releive from compnay on 29 December 2009 & on same day i have
submited my PF withdrwal Form. But Till today i have received by PF amount and Full and final settelment. I am contineosly following up through emails and calls, nothing is moving in positive direction.Only getting the answer not received the Cheque, concern is not available, peoples...

PF Withdrawal Complaint MH/115566/0455

Dear Sir,

I had releived from onward eservies ltd on 14th October 2008 & on same day i have submited
my PF Withdwal form but till today i have not received my pf amount.
Onward is having employer account in Epf - Vashi Office & i have check claim status in vashi
office but it is showing claim yet not received.

Please guid me futher what can i do for getting my PF amount.

PF Claim

Previously i had worked with M/S Onward Eservices Ltd, Mumbai
I had releive from compnay on 14th October 2008 & on same day i have

From last six months I have done continuous followup with Onward but company has
not given proper replay. Please guid me for futher action.
