i already received final settlment.i already send my all document in matter of pf to mr sunil parab bombay office with notierised.
I already doing follow of and sending mail to dehli and mumbai officebut not responging.
i am doing phone in mumbi office every time give following escuse.
1) extension busy
2) in meeting
3) on leave
4) pls give your no after some time call
i alrerady send mail to following staff.but all are irrresposible staff

One thing is common in you that you al are fools.
You should jointly fight against this company. They are making rules and policies for their own interest, making fool of the employees.
You can see they never reply your emails.always try to ignore you once you left the company.
Transferring confirm employees to SP (service professional) and on contract without informing employee.
I have seen that employees are not aware and their employer is changed.

No one can stop you to get your provident fund, if you got the PF account no, but you must have the proof, like Salary slip with PF deduction.
You all are really fool. Fight against the company. Take legal action, you all have PF account no, give the legal notice firstly direct to the company, if still they will not respond, take the help from media.
No any company will play with their reputation, take the action & get your PF.

Yes its tru that In Onward e-Services Ltd. number of employees sufered the same problem about the clearence of there dues as well as PF matter. The company rule are made in unlaw-ful HR is workingin the way that how the can make fool to there emploees. eg. The rule keeping the staff on leave witout pay for a very long period without giving any information in unablibilty of projects even thath the leave is not taken by the staff.
The person are bound to keep silent due to there limited resourecs and financial problem.
So please suggest the person, Department who help us to get justics.

was wroking with Onward Eservices limited. company terminate me in 31 March 2010 due to project end. and they mailed me on dated 23 march 2010 that your service is till 31st march 2010 and we will make Full and Final with in 3 months. but still i m waiting for they same.
no bady is replying my mails, can you suggest me what I can do?
they stopped my march salary also.
i m not alone. around 40 engineers having the same problem who was working with same project.

do have same problem for my PF, left the onward one year back but no word from the onward for my PF. Apart from this my two months salary also has not been deposited . I served the notice period as well. In spite of putting mails and callling nothing is moving.

I GIVE MY FULL SUPPORT AGAINST THIS CHIP COMPANY.
Company take Computer classes student for the job, company used this student for work up to project running, after complete the project, HR sent No working project. And now stay home there is no any other project.
The company making higher project money through other company contract.

Onward eservice Limited nearly 8 months and still counting to get my settlement amount, nearly half a dozen mail and phone calls nothing helped only one smile from prema what can i do just waiting for finance team. In my experience i never seen a company like this to cheat their employee who worked round the clock for their business. Am not a millionaire like Jigar Mehta or Harish Mehta for not bothering after am a common man who needs his monthly salary to run the family. I had lots of experience in different companies but never seen a worst company management like onward eservices sorry for all my colleagues who still work with them
I left them in 2006 and still no word of PF.
Why don't we come together and sort this out with the competent authority .
